Casa Del Fino is a wonderful boutique hotel experience. It is centrally located in Chania. The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. The rooms were spacious with very tall ceilings. Margarita, the managing director is the 8th generation of the family Delfino. She was wonderful, very helpful, friendly. there was a rooftop restaurant we really wanted to visit, however, didnt have a reservation. Margarita called and was able to secure a reservation on the rooftop overlooking the bay that same day (when reservations usually need to be made few months in advance). at the end of the dinner, the restaurant staff brought us desert that Margarita ordered for us. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chania in Crete. My family will only be staying there every time we come back. great GREAT experience.

Great service! Their breakfast they offer had great variety and perfect for the family. Our departure was very early and they even had a breakfast box made to take with us. Location was great and all booked excursions were easy to get picked up for.

This was a unique palace in old town Chania and totally stunning. We were in a duplex room with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. It was memorable and beautiful.

Casa Delfino is thoroughly delightful! The owner and staff are warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Accommodations are beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable—the setting charming. Breakfast is delicious. We feel lucky to have found it!

Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous.

Excellent location in the heart of Santorini.

However, do not try to drive to it as it is an accessible and you need to find a distant place to park a car before bringing bags up to the hotel, which is on a walking path.

Each employee did everything they could to make our stay most enjoyable. A special thank you to three front desk manager, Elena, Chrissy, and Maria. Each spoke very fluent English and had all the answers to our questions and requests.

This property was located right on the harbor and easy to access night food and night life. Staff was incredible. Property was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Chania. Really great hotel!
