El hotel ofrece una buena experiencia en general. El personal es muy amable y la habitación resulta cómoda. Al llegar, encontré algunos cabellos en el baño, detrás de la puerta y en la ducha, pero en general la limpieza fue aceptable.

Decidí pasarme al hotel Juan María la noche siguiente y, aunque me pareció más limpio, no cuenta con parqueadero y resulta bastante ruidoso. Por esta razón, si debo regresar a Tuluá, sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
