Breakfast includes both a standard European and a local selection of meals. The room was clean and well-fitted.
The Wi-Fi network's speed needs improvement - it's almost impossible to watch YouTube or Netflix in real time.

İt was good value for money. İt was half the price of other 4/5 star hotels our tour had stayed at. I booked your hotel myself for an extra day in the city. The area did feel like a more real part of the city, not just a place for tourists
İt was much further away from what I thought was the central part of the city. Understandable as your price was also cheaper. I'm just not used to such big cities which take so long to get around. Otherwise it was a satisfactory stay.
Our favourite part of our stay was actually the food. Both of us are ethnically southern Chinese and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection they had, which was a mix of steamed dimsum, stir-fried dishes and congee. There was also always something crispy too, like "you tiao" or fried chicken. Fruit was also available, as well as pastries (which were pretty average).
I saw quite a few people were confused about where the utensils and dishes were stored - they're in the sterilising cabinet to the right hand side as you walk into the buffet area. Some signage would help.
There is a free laundromat on the same floor as the dining room! Just need to keep your own time.
As for the rooms - they're decent. Quite clean except for the air vents that were very dusty.
The housekeeping was good on some days and not so good on others. There were times where our tea wasn't refilled and towels not completely replaced. Our first housekeeper left a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, but then the housekeeper the next day took it away. There needs to be more consistency.
The air conditioning was also extremely drying, to a level I have not experienced in hotels in other countries. I kept waking up with headaches. This was solved when we purchased a fragrance diffuser (but only diffused water) and ran it during the night.
The property is very dirty and the area around it is very very smelly. Also location is very difficult to find
The location of Hotel City Join is centralized and within easy walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. It is also within walking distance to metro station. Breakfast is good with variety. The room is spacious.
