Pros:

Общее-не комфортно. В подъезде и лифте грязь и ужасные запахи. В квартире постоянный гул вентиляции,тонкие перегородки,слышимость ужасная. Условия и правила проживания придуманы не для комфорта гостей,а для удобства отеля.

Замечательный недорогой отель близко к центру
Pros:

Хороший отель на 4-5 этажах дома с видом на канал Грибоедова. Разве что, стоит иметь ввиду, что придётся подниматься пешком, лифта нет :) если путешествуете с пожилыми или теми, кому это неудобно по любым причинам, то учитывайте.

다시 방문할 만한 숙소 입니다.
Pros:

1. 위치: 지하철역(넵스킨)에서 약간 멀지만, 가격대비 참을만함.
2. 내부시설: 리모델링 얼마 안되어서, 아주 깨끗함 (욕실, 거실, 침실등). 벽 콘센트가 싱크대, 침실,욕실등에. 충분히 있음. 인테리어 자재도 좋은 재질인듯.
3. 숙소(아파트)는 호텔 리셉션 빌딩과 (옆 건물) 떨어져 있음. ( 리셉션 까지.. 짐 가지고 올라가지 마세요. 한명은 밑에서 대기)
4. 숙소 청소는 1주일에 한번만 한답니다.
5. 건물 입구(1층철문)는 폐허의 출입문 같으나, 안에 들어가서 5층에 올라가면, 깨끗한 숙소.

후기에 직원이 친절하다는 내용을 많이 보고 갔습니다. 실제로 호텔에 투숙할 당시, 그들이 왜 그렇게 말했는지 알 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 너무나 친절했고 호텔의 위치도 상당히 좋았습니다. 비록 엘레베이터가 없는 호텔이지만, 충분히 투숙할 가치가 있는 호텔입니다. 다음 여행에도 저는 반드시 이 호텔에 투숙할 예정입니다. 새벽에 체크아웃해서 감사인사를 못하고 나왔는데, 너무 감사했습니다!

Great space/location but not for mobility impaired
Pros:

The Griffon has a hotel and a set of apartments just down the street. The hotel rooms are small, clean, and efficient, but four or five flights up with no elevator. The apartments are a bit larger, have an elevator, but also aren’t accessible to those with mobility impairments. If you can manage steps, this is a great option. But favor the apartments over the hotel.

Check in war komplikationslos, wir mussten allerdings zwei Hausnummern weiter zu unserem eigentlichen Appartement gehen und die Beschreibung dahin war nicht sonderlich gut vor allem weil alle Haustüren gleich aussahen. Wenn man dies vorher weiß ist das allerdings kein Problem aber wir waren doch schon sehr verwundert weil wir mit etwas anderem gerechnet haben. Das Treppenhaus sah aus als wäre es von mehreren Leuten bewohnt aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Im Appartement angekommen war alles recht neu eingerichtet, Sauberkeit auch sehr gut und viele Küchenutensilien für ggf. Selbstversorgung. Ein Riesen plus für die zentrale Lage, haben alles zu Fuß erreichen können. Also alles in allem mit anfänglicher Verwunderung sehr zufrieden!

Bem localizado. Hotel no 4o andar, sem elevador.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, fica próximo da avenida principal e alguns minutos de caminhada da Basílica do sangue derramado. Porém os quartos ficam no quarto andar e não há elevador, ainda o café deixa muito a desejar.

Hotel Grifon è abbastanza vicino al centro della città, anche ai locali notturni, purtroppo ci sono 78 gradini da fare per arrivare al 4 piano senza ascensore, essendo una palazzina storica non si poteva fare diversamente. Non ci sono aiuti previsti per i bagagli. Inoltre la colazione è fatta con prodotti confezionati, come salame e formaggi. in 5 giorni non c'era neanche il pane bianco, quando a due passi c'è una panetteria e non dico di mettere le briosche fresche ma almeno dei panini. Le marmellate erano di bassa qualità, senza prevedere una crema al cioccolato. Insomma non tornerei un'altra volta.

Pros:

Location was good and central. Room basic and small. Shower pressure was too low and bathroom too small. Had to walk 4 floors up the room with luggage. It's the world cup season, had to pay a premium for the room.

На канале Грибоедова

Хороший мини-отель, расположен на канале Грибоедова недалеко от банковского моста. Своё название получил благодаря статуям грифонов, установленным на этом самом мосту. В отеле 12 номеров, размещённых на четвёртом и пятом этажах старинного здания без лифта. Ресепшн работает круглосуточно, так что с попаданием в отель никаких проблем не возникает. У меня номер был на пятом этаже, вполне просторный для сингла. Из гигиенических средств в ванной - шампунь и мыло в контейнере. Однако если вам понадобится что-то дополнительно (зубная паста, щетка, бритвенный станок и пр.), то это можно приобрести на ресепшн. Прайс весьма демократичный. Завтрак в отеле вполне приличный: мясные нарезки, сосиски, тосты, хлопья, йогурт, фрукты, чай, кофе. Из горячего - каша, блинчики с мясом или творогом, яичница. Персонал очень доброжелательный. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, до ближайшей станции метро (Невский проспект/Гостиный двор и Спасская/Садовая) минут десять пешком.
