Friendly staff, rooms could be cleaner. Don't trust the souvenir shop at hotel.
Pros:

Staff are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast is really good, especially the Indian Coffee in the morning. The rooms were tidy, but the carpets were not cleaned well and were worn. The glass table tops still had fingerprints from the previous visitor.

Don't shop at the Souvenirs shop downstairs in the Hotel. It appears inviting if you want to pick something up last minute, but believe me, you'll get a better deal at the Airport. Do not assume they are reputable because they are at the hotel. They mix cashmere with synthetic Pashimas to confuse you. Assume any price they tell you is 5 times higher, and just assume they are cheating you. I was very excited to purchase some Pashimas in India, and told them that this would not be my only trip there. They passed off a synthetic pashima for real cashmere..relying on my nativity. They lost a potential long-term customer .

The desserts and sweets were top notch and also the I tried shangie fish and non veg items all were too goodd!!!

It was very good experiencing with ashit as serving and the hospitality was very elegant . And also made everything gud here I will highly recommend for the fantastic atmosphere and the best hospitality

Awesome service
Pros:

Staying at Sheraton, We happened to end up at hideout bar lounge, everyday. Having met Shaksham who gave us white glove service, naturally we decided it’s a place to be we are truly thankful for the service and experience we received at the restaurant.
