A very good place for a staycation in Bangalore India

Staying at the Sheraton Bangalore Hotel was very pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable. My room (806) was very spacious and kept clean every day, allowing me to relax and recharge efficiently. Every morning, l left breakfast full because of the delicious food especially my favorite the bacon, spicy chicken in chili bean sauce, and filter coffee. The team at the breakfast buffet and reception were incredibly hospitable and lovely special thanks to Chun, Hena, Neha, and Manishu. Thank you so much, Sheraton! See you next time!

Exceptional hospitality
Pros:

I was at Sheraton Grand Bangalore on a work trip and stayed there for two nights. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the level of hospitality from every member of the staff was truly outstanding.

One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a nearby shopping mall, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to dine, shop, or simply relax after a busy day.

A special thank you to Ankita at the front desk for her professionalism, kindness, and smooth assistance throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Krishna at the entrance, whose warm welcome and attentive service made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

The only area I believe could be improved is the fitness center. Considering the size and overall standard of the hotel, the gym feels quite small and has a limited selection of equipment. Expanding the gym and adding more equipment would make the experience even better for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine while traveling.

Overall, the exceptional service, cozy atmosphere, and unbeatable location far outweigh this minor drawback. I would highly recommend Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway and look forward to staying here again.

An amazing experience
Pros:

The location and views from the hotel were 10/10. The hotel is next to the Orion Mall so shopping and restaurants are only a walk away. However the staff is really what made our stay special. We spent a total of 13 days at the Grand Sheraton as a family of 6 adults.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were welcomed by the security staff, who were very efficient yet welcoming and friendly.

Irfan, the front desk executive went out of his way to make our stay special, his demeanor to us was professional yet caring and genuine.
One example of this was on my dad’s birthday, Irfan personally came up to our room with a lovely chocolate cake. It was a simple but touching gesture that will stay with us for a long time to come.

We primarily ate dinner at The Feast. The restaurant served a variety of dishes from all across India and the surrounding areas. Whether we wanted western, indo-chinese or authentic Indian, there was something there for each of us.

All the staff at The Feast were kind and friendly. Two in particular were Ikshita and Ahsit. Both of them showed great care for our family, taking time to speak with us and make sure everything was alright.

We needed to use the hotel taxis a lot,
Manjunath, Krishna and the entire concierge staff and drivers were always there to help at a moments notice. They made a way for us to have the taxi when we needed it without having to wait.

We had 2 rooms across from each other with great views of the cityscape. We found the rooms to be tidy when we came back tired from a long day out. Tania from housekeeping would take the time to create these beautiful towel sculptures and adorn them with rose petals. It was a very sweet gift.

We are so happy to have stayed at the Grand Sheraton and will def recommend it to anyone visiting Bengaluru!

Very friendly and kind staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Enjoed the gym, the sauna and a spa treatement. Food was always fresh and delicious. I had no problem at all. Staff was very kind and helpful. Can def. recommen and will come again.
