I was in town for 3+ days and this hotel is a good base point for my activities!
Pros:

Helpful and attentive staff!

Cons:

In room 132, there is a switch at the front door that has no current purpose. It would be nice to be able to turn on a light in the room with that switch. The toilet seat and lid are of the absolute cheapest quality. The thin plastic/hollowed-out design allows them to disform when sitting on the toilet which makes it uncomfortable and unstable to use. The money saved with this poor replacement choice could cost the hotel more money in the long run if the seats fail (as they feel they will while sitting on them) and someone gets hurt. It would be nice if they get the pool usable again!

Very comfortable!
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were nice! We only stayed for about 6 hours (checked in at 11:30pm and left at 5am to finish our road trip)

Cons:

The outside looked a little misleading.. I was preparing for a low quality stay but it was great. The exterior could use a little love!

Just spelled out the entire bad experience. Won't stay here again. I deserve a refund for a horrible, disruptive night with NO sleep!

Cons:

Bed had a squeak with every roll, doors from adjoining rooms slamming noisily, heating system failed miserably & cycled every few minutes till we finally saw we could turn it off all together at 3 AM! Outside traffic kept us awake from 4:30 AM forward, and this morning the water wouldn't get hotter than lukewarm! What a terrible experience! I demand a refund for this horrible event! I'm too old not to get a good night's sleep!

Terrible stay. Won't be staying there every again. Very disappointmented
Cons:

When we used the restroom, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. When we opened the window, the curtain lever broke. We had a horrible bed that was old and disgusting; we both woke up with backaches in the morning. The place is very run down, which I was surprised by because we always stay at Choice Hotels, but this did not meet our previous years of experience or expectation for a Choice Hotel. This stay has made me rethink our future hotel stays. We ended up renting two rooms because the original rooms and beds were too small. We were very disappointed and couldn't wait to leave in the morning. If we hadn't arrived so late, we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Pros:

4 day stay. Never cleaned or took out the garbage. We got fresh towels when we took out the garbage. Minimal breakfast. No eggs or protein. No luggage rack. No bags for garbage or laundry. Suitablw for a 1 night stay.
