Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Wifi works. Near food establishment and local market. On Sunday, night market just outside the hotel. Like the vibes on Sunday nights.

We stayed one night in a room with an awful bed and when we asked to be moved we immediately got another room on the same floor with a good bed. We were so uncomfortable in the first room and did not expect to get a better room so easily. We were so grateful to have been given a room with a comfortable bed. This is a great location in the center of Old City. The room was clean but not the nicest or fanciest. It was okay and had AC. There were only stairs, if you have a disability Thailand is not very accessible for people who cant walk or climb stairs. If you are looking for a reasonable stay in a nice part of Thailand this is a great place.

It is conveniently located in the Old City right next door to two temples including Wat Chedi Luang and 10-12 min walk from other prominent temples. Surrounded by restaurants, spas, and others, it s a great location. There is a restaurant and travel agency within the hotel. Staff, especially Jan, was extremely helpful with making arrangements and being hospitable.

Pros:

The only reason this did not get a five stars is because at the other hotels I was able to change my big bills into smaller 100 baht and here they told me I would have to go to the 7-Eleven.

Conveniently located for the Sunday market, helpful staff, and cold room to come back to. The facility appears a little older but overall, the location was perfect for what we wanted and the room was spacious for two people. We felt safe. Please be aware that there are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up stairs, and there are 4 stories to the hotel.
