Hotel muy centrico, muy buena relacion calidad precio, muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Habitaciones un poco pequeñas y no tiene ascensor.

Desayunos espectaculares al lado del reloj astronómico.
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, en pleno casco histórico. Todo el personal es muy amable, y la habitación tiene muchos detalles (cafetera, patitas diarias, zapatillas), todo lo necesario para una muy buena estancia.
El desayuno, tipo brunch, no tiene precio. El personal de la cafetería muy amable.

Cons:

Todo perfecto. (No tiene ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos. Tienen un montacargas para las maletas).

I would stay again but if your mobility is limited in any way be sure to ask for a low floor
Pros:

Very pleasant stay in a great location. The breakfast bistro was very good and a nice change from the usual buffets.

Cons:

The circular staircase up three flights was a little tedious especially after returning from a hot days touring

Love this hotel but with age and mobility issues, I will need to find another hotel soon. 😢

Difficult access if mobility issues, original staircase is gorgeous but no elevator

Excellent location
Pros:

Good Aircon in a heatwave, helpful staff, good location in old town with many restaurants and cafes.Clean and quiet.

Cons:

Very small 'Pearl' room- only one side of double bed accessible. Only a luggage lift. Breakfast in cafe below brunch rather than trad breakfast but was included. Suits short stays only.

Breakfast and Location Well Worth the Stay.
Pros:

The breakfast, the cost of which was included in the cost of the room, was fantastic! Selection, quality and presentation the best we have ever had. And we do a significant amount of traveling. Also liked the fact the hotel was within a minute's walk to the old town square. Room was adequate in size, clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

My objections are there was no elevator for persons only luggage and upper floor rooms were accessed via a spiral staircase. Older persons may find this laborious and objectionable.

Pros:

Amazing accommodation. Very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful .
Breakfast was out of this world..
Would definitely recommend this hotel

Cons:

This hotel unfortunately would not suit people who struggle with stairs.

Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt entfernt. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, leider etwas eng. Ebenso enges Bad. Frühstück war für uns ein Reinfall, da die Gaststätte nur amerikanisches Essen anbietet, was nicht unserem Geschmack entspricht, keinerlei Alterative möglich.
