Se rescata la actitud de unos de los funcionarios del hotel buscaron solucionar las deficiencias que denotamos del servicio, pero igual hay personal que le era indiferente las anomalías que indicábamos.
La infraestructura general del hotel carece de mantenimiento, las luces de la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el black out y la cortina no servían, tanto asi que nos toco cambiar de habitación y la solución es venga por una nueva tarjeta para otra habitación, teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos instalados y no hubo la cortesía de ayudar en el proceso, el aseo de los baños muy decepcionante, los horarios para servicios como la piscina y demás no son lo que dice la publicación, no son claros en eso y deja muchas ambigüedades en las cuales se excusan para la no prestación de los servicios, el servicio de restaurante también malo, algo caro para su valor teniendo en cuenta que la comida estaba dañada...

The front desk made me paid for taxes even do l was exempt for been an American citizen and I show them my passports with the stamps from Colombian immigration, the charged me extra 19 percent for taxes and they told me that I can get that money back once I get to the airport, which was a lay because l went to the tax office at the airport and the told me: you can not get any money charged to you for services provided

El desayuno muy rico, variado. Había jugo, fruta, cereal, tamal, huevos, calentado, caldo, pan, chocolate, café. El jacuzzi y la psicina muy bien cuidados.
El sitio está muy descuidado, se quedó en el tiempo, parece como que no le invierten. Todo el mobiliario viejo. No hay netflix ni cable en el TV. Las almohadas super incómodas, me tocó poner una toalla para dormir. Tuvimos también un problema y es que a las 6am se pusieron a martillar y taladrar porque están en obras. Llamamos a quejarnos y nos dijeron ah sí, estamos en remodelaciones. Nos tocó nuevamente llamar y decirles que pagamos para dormir, que cómo era posible que se pusieran a hacer eso encima de nuestra habitación a esa hora y ahí sí, la chica de recepción hizo que pararan la obra.
La zona no se ve muy segura.
Los platos del restaurante super costosos. Los chicos de la pizzería atienden super mal, me cobraron de más y no me podían devolver el dinero así que me hicieron elegir algo más con ese dinero. Atienden sin ganas, como bravos. Así cocinen rico, la atención deja mucho que desear.
