Atención de 10; precio y entorno no tanto
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena, son muy atentos. Las habitaciones son amplias, buen aire acondicionado, el baño está bien. Desayuno rico con varias opciones para comer.

Cons:

La tarifa cobrada por Booking no me pareció proporcional al estado y la ubicación del hotel, aunque quizá se deba a que reservé la noche anterior. El hotel necesita una remodelación: se ve antiguo y, en las habitaciones, hay un sofá que da mala impresión y sería fácil de reemplazar. La ubicación tampoco me gustó; me generó sensación de inseguridad, no tanto por el lugar en sí, sino por las vías de acceso y de salida hacia y desde Ibagué.
