Fue excelente la atención
Hay que ver si es posible cambiar TV de última generación y mantenimiento al aire acondicionado... por lo demás muy bien.

Que la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento
Todo muy bien
el aire de la habitación no funcionó, hubo que cambiar a otra, el personal regular, el restaurante la atención con poca amabilidad, muy demorados despues se pidió un servicio en el piscina muy demorado y muy atacados cobrando. Me llevaron una encomienda a la recepción y nunca me avisaron que habia llegado, razón por la cual no pude recibir nunca las muestras que me llevaron y finalmente se quedaron en la recepción.
Nos gusto el balcón y las camas muy cómodas. El aire condicionado funcionaba perfecto.
no habían limpiado adecuadamente el cuarto. Había un jabón usado en la ducha y en el minibar sobras de comida y envases de los anteriores huéspedes. El servicio al cuarto demoró casi una hora y media. Además dejaron por error ropa en lavandería de otra persona en el cuarto.

La atención de la recepcionista q estaba cuando salimos y la colaboración del salvavidas en la piscina de resto poco por resaltar
No cumplen con lo q ofrecen, en la página decía desayuno incluido y cuando se hace el registro el desayuno lo ofrecen a 27 mil pesos adicionales por persona si llegas tarde no hay bebidas ni un snack al menos toca salir a buscar porq en el hotel no hay nada, encontré una cucaracha en la habitación y olía a cigarrillo el teléfono no sirve y no pude solicitar room Service ni para bajar las maletas muy mala experiencia ni repito ni recomiendo.

No funcionó el aire acondicionado , el servicio de restaurante pésimo y muchas cosas en mal estado
Está bien ubicado, grandes habitaciones, el personal muy amable y con gran intención de servicio, sobre todo los botones y seguridad.
Muy desactualizado, el baño tenía indicios que no había sido limpiado (ni utilizado) por mucho tiempo, la piscina fría y poco práctica por su ubicación. El servicio de restaurante pésimo.
