HOTEL ANTIGUO Y SOBREVALORADO

La atención de la recepcionista q estaba cuando salimos y la colaboración del salvavidas en la piscina de resto poco por resaltar

Cons:

No cumplen con lo q ofrecen, en la página decía desayuno incluido y cuando se hace el registro el desayuno lo ofrecen a 27 mil pesos adicionales por persona si llegas tarde no hay bebidas ni un snack al menos toca salir a buscar porq en el hotel no hay nada, encontré una cucaracha en la habitación y olía a cigarrillo el teléfono no sirve y no pude solicitar room Service ni para bajar las maletas muy mala experiencia ni repito ni recomiendo.

Un hotel que debe actualizarse
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, grandes habitaciones, el personal muy amable y con gran intención de servicio, sobre todo los botones y seguridad.

Cons:

Muy desactualizado, el baño tenía indicios que no había sido limpiado (ni utilizado) por mucho tiempo, la piscina fría y poco práctica por su ubicación. El servicio de restaurante pésimo.

Fallas garrafales en la prestación del servicio, uno va para recibir un buen trato, y descansar

El personal muy displicente, cero colaboración de un botones desde el área parqueadero, viaje con mi esposa con limitación física ye toco subir las maletas y ayudarle al mismo tiempo a mi señora, pedí almuerzo en el área de piscina y fuimos atendidos por el salvavidas, el nos llevó la comida y recogió la loza,deben mejorar, pedimos servicio al cuarto de comida y solo la recogieron hasta el otro día a las 3 de la tarde por solicitud mía, el arreglo del cuarto solo se hizo hasta las 3 de la tarde, y por mi solicitud, esto desdibuja y perjudica la imagen del hotel,

No fue lo que esperaba
Pros:

Se rescata la actitud de unos de los funcionarios del hotel buscaron solucionar las deficiencias que denotamos del servicio, pero igual hay personal que le era indiferente las anomalías que indicábamos.

Cons:

La infraestructura general del hotel carece de mantenimiento, las luces de la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el black out y la cortina no servían, tanto asi que nos toco cambiar de habitación y la solución es venga por una nueva tarjeta para otra habitación, teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos instalados y no hubo la cortesía de ayudar en el proceso, el aseo de los baños muy decepcionante, los horarios para servicios como la piscina y demás no son lo que dice la publicación, no son claros en eso y deja muchas ambigüedades en las cuales se excusan para la no prestación de los servicios, el servicio de restaurante también malo, algo caro para su valor teniendo en cuenta que la comida estaba dañada...

The front desk made me paid for taxes even do l was exempt for been an American citizen and I show them my passports with the stamps from Colombian immigration, the charged me extra 19 percent for taxes and they told me that I can get that money back once I get to the airport, which was a lay because l went to the tax office at the airport and the told me: you can not get any money charged to you for services provided
