Hotel Vladimir Ústí nad Labem

Booked this hotel for a couple of nights to participate in the local half marathon, but the hotel transferred our reservation to the Clarion Congress hotel, which is actually quite good. The problem was that I wasn't told that the reservation was transferred, so we arrived late night trying to check in at the Comfort Hotel, only to find that the hotel was all dark and closed, with just a note on the main door saying that all reservations had been transferred to the Clarion. It was a bit of a scare actually, but once we contacted the Clarion, they gave us directions and helped us with our check-in, everything got better after that. Can't say much about the Comfort hotel really, only that we had a bad check-in experience.

Stayed here for one night during a recent work trip. Was an ok hotel, nothing special but you don't expect anything to special from the Comfort Hotel brand. The hotel itself is a large building and is clearly an older style building. Reception and hotel interior are dated but its kept clean. Rooms again are dated but comfortable bed and clean interior, combined with a cheap price nothing to complain about. One lift is currently being renovated so I would imagine it could be a bit of a wait to use it at peak times. There is free parking which is a little odd to get to, not sure if we found it or not but ended up parking at rear of hotel, no height restrictions if you go from the back road. Stay came with free breakfast which was pretty horrible to be honest and we left it.
Its an ok hotel if passing through the area and you need somewhere to stay for just one night. Certainly not one for a holiday stay.

Hotel i ok tilstand. Morgenmad rimelig, men dårlig service. Tjenerne havde mere travlt med at tale med hinanden, end at sørge for, at der blev fyldt op i morgenbuffeten. Receptionisten var meget imødekommende og behjælpelig. Byen er absolut ikke noget særligt, men naturen er fantastisk.

Die Zimmer sind ganz ok. Dusche könnte in einen besseren Zustand sein. Brausekopf lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der City von Usti ist top... das Zimmer war für 4 Nächte super, alles vorhanden (sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher).... Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit....
Dagegen sah das Service Personal (beim Frühstück) am Wochenende, als wir dort waren, sehr gelangweilt aus... leider konnten die jungen Damen nicht ihre Füße heben, hatten offene lange Haare oder die Haare wurde erst im Barbereich vor Hotelgästen zusammen gebunden und kein lächeln im Gesicht

Nice hotel with friendly staff, room was nice good night's sleep, made me a take out breakfast as was leaving early, only 15mins walk from train station,

Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen in Usti n. L. sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Komfort. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern vorhanden. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal stets freundlich und service orientiert. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ústí empfehlenswert.

Hotel ligt vlakbij tramhalte. Wel druk straat qua autoverkeer. Ontbijjt beetje karig en hotelkamer geen airco.

I was on a sport International event and I chose this hotel according to the Championship organizer. It was good in general.

Wir haben ein Economy Zimmer gebucht und es war furchtbar. Betten wie im Ferienlager, Bad so alt und unschön, dass noch nicht einmal jemand duschen wollte. Nur weg war früh unser erste Gedanke. Preislich 43 euro nicht empfehlenswert.

Hotel anni 80. La camera prenotata era molto scadente e alla reception mi hanno proposto l’upgrade della camera ad un prezzo scontato rispetto alla quotazione. La camera era ok anche se con la moquette la pulizia è quasi impossibile.... il bagno pulito, il personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione buona. Nel complesso giudizio medio buono

Zimmer schön hell, sauber, leider im Bad das Licht defekt. Für eine Nacht tat es die
Handylampe auch...! Frühstück o.k. und für weniger als 70€ für 2 Personen zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera economica, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un contrattempo e abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'hotel per poi ritornare per fare il check-out, utilizzando la camera fuori dall'orario stabilito di check-out e non ci è stato addebitato nessun importo aggiuntivo.

We booked the economy room - not good experience. Price was too high for the quality of the room.

A tired hotel, in need of a deep overhaul. My toilet broke 2 times, once in the middle of the night. No handy man on duty so I was offered another room to conduct my ablutions in. The shower was pathetic and it broke too. Panels fallen off where the heating radiators are around the windows.

The staff do their best to put up with the tired condition of the hotel.

Stayed two nights. Had one of the unrefurbished rooms. Sort of shabby chic, but definitely needed a few touches to bring it up to scratch.

A pleasant enough place, staff were very helpful, and efficient. Good views from the room (7th floor). Didn't stay in the room for other than washing / sleeping, for some the small selection of TV channels may be an issue. No tea / coffee facilities in the room as advertised on this page, but that is a rarity in Czecho. Wifi was was good.
When the page said it was a 4 star hotel, that was definitely an exaggeration!

Decent staff - breakfast area, breakfast food and bar area all fine but...rooms are terrible. They bear absolutely no resemblance to the pictures on your website. Very poor condition room, beds, décor and bathrooms. This is flagrantly misleading advertising and I would not stay there again
