It was clean and a lovely hotel but they should show the actual picture of the room you book I booked the deluxe studio
Pros:

It w close to the centre square

Cons:

It had no proper shower just a bath and when i booked it wasn’t the room I booked looking at the pictures they showed all the pictures of the hotel but when booking the room they show you a different picture of what you are booking 😳 other than that it had a kitchen enough the size for two but the bed and shower lets it down ☹️

Great location & hotel, let down by noise
Pros:

Fantastic location, one minute walk to main square. Room was very clean and modern.
We stayed on the second floor and the noise was relentless - I appreciate the hotel has no control over outside noise; but the emptying of bottle bins, bolt drivers meeting on corner, people returning from a night out was constant from 2am onwards.
Also, the walls in the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything people are saying & doing in the rooms next to you. It is like they are in the room with you. I did read previous reviews before booking; but thought it can’t be that bad…..but it is. We stayed four nights and had disrupted, or no sleep each evening.

Perfect first visit to Krakow!
Pros:

Perfect location, right next to the main square, reception staff were all really friendly, breakfast was available from 8-12 and what we had was delicious!

Cons:

It was a little noisy but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Perfect hotel would highly recommend.
Pros:

Location, early check in, cleanliness.

Cons:

The bedroom door was noisy to close/open.Also, breakfast advertised as starting at 8am though the member of staff walked in at 8.15 - no service / no one working there.

Far too noisy but nice rooms
Pros:

This is in an amazing location and the rooms are really nice and so are the bathrooms. Unfortunately what let this down is the constant noise. The curtains are pointless so any light shines through, and the windows are so thin we didn’t sleep properly once during our three night stay. The heating / air con was broken so we were quite cold. The fridge was also faulty so this kept us awake quite a bit. The room was also never cleaned during our 3 night stay. Overall the room is ‘nice’ but I feel for what we paid we expected a tiny bit more.
