Très bon séjour
Pros:

La terrasse ! La propreté de la chambre, la gentillesse du patron, l'emplacement...

Cons:

Une chambre et une salle de bain un peu petites, mais pour 2-3 jours, c'est parfait.

Um bela experiência em Siena.
Pros:

A localização é excelente e o ambiente do albergue é muito acolhedor. Fomos muito bem recebidos.

Cons:

Dos 74 degraus de escada... o albergue se localiza num quinto andar.

The bathroom in our room could use a shelf or cabinet to set stuff on, we had to drag the chair into the bathroom every morning!

Cons:

Für mich kein Problem: 4ter Stock ohne Lift, wenn man durchschnittlich fit ist, locker machbar. Bei Behinderung in Mobilität nicht buchbar.

Piacevolmente sorpresa
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, servizio molto superiore a un albergo a 2 stelle, staff gentilissimo, tutto perfetto!

Cons:

unica nota negativa che personalmente non mi interessa perché anche comune ad altre strutture a Siena essendo ubicata in centro storico, sono le scale

Pros:

Posizione invidiabile, staff accogliente e disponibile, camere nuove, pulite e fornite del necessario. È presente l'aria condizionata e negli spazi condivisi macchina del caffè e dispenser di acqua. È al quarto piano senza ascensore, per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema ma per alcuni può essere un disagio.
