My family and I stayed here as it's the only large hotel in Prerov that has amenities and a restaurant. My teens needed something to do and the bowling alley, hot tub, and sauna were a hit! The included breakfast was great and we loved all the options it came with. The restaurant is lovely but it closed early on us on a slow Monday night. Understandable, but we went to bed hungry and the gate at the front of the hotel doesn't allow for any type of food delivery. What made our stay wonderful were all the lovely staff that work there. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and they always had a smile for us. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is a bit dated, like from the last days of the communist era trying to be hip and modern. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting inside the rooms needs to be improved - and better TV's too. But while it was freezing and snowing outside, the room was warm, cozy, and we slept like rocks.
Das Hotel in ruhiger Lage hat ein tolles Restaurant im Erdgeschoß. Die Entenkeule mit Rotkraut und Knödel war allein die Reise wert.
Am Abend drang der Lärm von einer Feier durch das Fenster. Es war aber auch noch nicht recht spät, als ich Schlafen ging.
Schönes Hotel! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, wir bekamen sofort Hilfe, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten! Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Frühstücksraum war hell und sehr sauber! Das Restaurant und die Terrasse waren sehr schön, mit nettem und freundlichem jungen Personal. Das Abendessen (Halbpension möglich) war wirklich lecker! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, nutzten diese aber nicht, da wir die frische Luft im Park hinter dem Hotel bevorzugten! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben deshalb unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert! Wir spielten Billard, planschten im Pool ... entspannten im Whirlpool ... DANKE!

pokoj skromný , postele nepohodlné - tvrdé, koupelna stará zašlá , vana umístěná neskutečně vysoko.! pod okny snídanová terasa - hluční Chorvati a kouří vám do otevřeného okna..! klima nefunkční, lednice nefunkční, noční recepční neochotná - otrávená , snídaně katastrofa - snad jen vajíčka byla čerstvá... vše ostatní unavené oschlé, zelenina olezlá...
