Would stay there again but recognize there will be certain service deficiencies.
Pros:

Convenient to a lot of shops and the apartment was clean. The cleaning lady to Room B802 was wonderful, we loved her.

Cons:

One of the male staff at the onsite Japanese restaurant was really rude to my elderly mother, making her wait 40 minutes for a bowl of ramen while others who came later were served. She was alone and had to ask multiple times to get her food. The hotel offered as an apology a free bowl of ramen next time we dine there, and I did not think it was an adequate or sincere gesture so we turned it down.

The dryer in our unit was also essentially useless. We had to dry our clothes the old fashioned way by putting them out in the balcony. Luckily it was sunny during our stay. The hotel dryers were not much better.

Convenient and family friendly
Pros:

Breakfast was great with variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier (most could not speak english). Location was great! The shuttle service to the fair was fantastic! The price would be okey looking at the normal rates but was high the amount we paid during Canton fair.

Cons:

The rooms are clean, though the beds are hard and the bathroom drainage is a bit wanting with flooding after every shower.

ベッドの寝心地が良い。
朝食が和風な感じも有り、米も美味しい。

Cons:

大浴場の脱衣所の空調が壊れてるのかしれないが、相当な蒸し暑さだった。

I stayed in two different hotels in Guangzhou. That one was cosier.
Pros:

Very well situated … with a hospital nearby. Close to my friend’s home.

Cons:

Nothing really. The staff was very helpful. A pity they don’t all speak English.

Pros:

From the entry the checkin process took so long and the staff is not professional at all.

As a room, the toilet wasn’t cleaned AC was not working well, safe book was so old fashion and the all the facilities are old.

Pros:

Very clean, quiet and well maintained, the room is spacious and cosy, with space to arrange everything as in your home. Staff is always kind, nice options for coffee and restaurants nearby (including one restaurant in house and adjacent Starbucks)

Cons:

The TV selection seems to provide only Chinese options

3 stars not 5! Wiil not stay again
Pros:

Kitchen and dining table are good if you need to cook.

Cons:

First ten minutes in the room was good before the strong smoke smelling started to come through the door!
The building was right next to the main road and was noisy at nighttime.
Also there were very loud music in the morning from the school of the opposite

Pros:

I stayed in their apartment room for a few days, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant Akatsuki, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, cozy stay during their trip.
