Budget Flats Antwerpen

The room is very dirty, the kitchen is the same, the fridge is dirty, the microwave has a very bad smell. honestly it is not worth the money

Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit.

Ich stelle nicht besonders hohe Ansprüche an eine Unterkunft, aber die Appartments sind in jedem Fall dringendst von Frund auf renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Zustand des Appartments insgesamt war eher als desolat zu bezeichnen (Küche, Toiletten, Matratzen, Hellhörigkeit).
Der Service wiederum, speziell die Freundlichkeit und das Zuvorkommen de maanagers war außerordentlich!!!

We were put in the older apartment opposite which had problems. The caretaker was helpful.

El baño con olor. La tubería de desagüe con filtraciones. No nos dieron toallas para la ducha. Las instalaciones antiguas y, en general, en mal estado. La zona no me gustó.

Penso que pode melhor em todos os aspectos

The reception is not open between 12-4pm so I scheduled to arrive after 4pm. Happened to be a very hot day and the receptionist wasn’t there when I arrived. Had to use my international rooming to call him and even then still had to wait another 10min. Space was outdated however clean. No fan or AC. Street can be loud at all times sound proofing not great. Got stuck in the elevator twice.

Prima om even te overnachten in centrum Antwerpen. Verwacht er verder niet veel extra's van.

Der Kleiderschrank roch unangenehm wegen der mal nassgewordenenWand darin. Er war unbenutzbar. Der Geruch zog sich durch das ganze Zimmer.

아파트형 숙소입니다. 가전제품, 생활시설도 갖추고 있습니다.(전자/가스렌지, 헤어드라이어, 커피포트 등)
혼자 묵기엔 숙박비가 다소 비싼 편이라 생각할 수 있으나 인원 꽉 채워서 가면 가성비 좋습니다.

다만 샤워부스가 너무 좁고, 헤어드라이어가 너무 지저분했습니다. 헤어드라이어 만지고 나면 손 씻어야 될 정도;;;
그리고 중앙역에서 걸어서 갈 거리이긴 하나 관광지와 반대편이고, 조금 외진 곳이라 그다지 안전해 보이지는 않았습니다.

The room was as you would expect from a property it budget in its name. Simple but clean & comfortable. The room was very hot though.

I wish I had known that reception was at the other hotel across the road, but it all worked out ok.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, denn auch wenn das Hotel relativ preiswert war, haben wir solch eine verwohnte Unterkunft
nicht erwartet. Über die Jahre sollte man nicht nur nach
Rendite geiern sondern auch ab und an investierern, renovieren bzw. mondernisieren. Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung.

Lo recomiendo por la ubicación y la amabilidad de Chris, quien nos ayudo mucho en nuestra estadia

j ai vu mieux parquet exploser manque porte sur le placard WC fissuré trou dans les draps porte mur sale avec des impacts de jus dès coup de poing cacher au plâtre bref au vu des conditions et caution exemple 250e pour désinfecter la chambre hodeur de tabac franchissement dommage car bien situé proche de la gare bref dans l ensemble ça peut le faire . cdt
