Pros:

this is false representation. do not stay here. this is not a beach resort, but more of a motel. there are no services, cleanliness is below par. sheets and towels were never cleaned or changed. 24 hour gym is located in a field in an outhouse style. the owner has 2 properties one is near a beach the other is on a street that backs up to a field. we were devastated!

L'hébergement est très correct pour le rapport qualité-prix.
Oe petit-déjeuner tout à fait convenable.
Le seul bémol serait des petits détails liés à l'hébergement (manque de fournitures, réassort des produits de la chambre pas automatique, lenteur du service, ...) mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour.

Pros:

The hotel himself is very beatiful and comfortable, the staf are very nice and hard working people. We had a small problem the first time we came there but we got a repay back. The food is very delicious, but it would be better if it was a buffet. Afterall, its a very good place and i would recomand it.

We were extremely disappointed. The property is not beachfront, very unkempt, not clean, towels were not changed until we asked after 3 days. The first day the tv was cracked and we informed staff and it was never replaced. The balcony doors do not lock which could be a safety concern. The restaurant on the beach had no staff for dinner, the pool bar was never open. Very disappointed because the photos we saw were beautiful. On the plus side the staff is extremely friendly and they are not to blame for the property problems.

The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach.
We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management.
The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time.
All hotel staff is absolutely great.

On the negative, cleanliness could be better, especially for the swimming pool.

Suggest to rent a car as public transport is lean.

Struttura nuova, elegante e ben tenuta. Junior suite comoda, pulita, ben arredata, letti comodi, bagno grande con doccia e vasca. Patio esterno con sdraio, sedie e tavolino, dove rilassarsi e fare un bagno nella piscina privata. Ottimo il ristorante per colazione e cena. Personale molto cordiale e attento. Un plauso particolare per la disponibilità e gentilezza all'addetto alla reception Danni. Super consigliato!

Pros:

Schönes,neues Hotel .. hatten das Zimmer mit Panoramapool 300 m vom Strand entfernt gebucht haben dann ein Zimmerupgrade für eine Suite im Erdgeschoss mit größerem Pool direkt am Meer bekommen.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und es ist noch nicht alles fertig .. Lärm zwecks Renovierung gab es gsd keinen .. es gab z.b. keinen Safe im Zimmer, keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschgel und Shampoos

Zimmer hätten meiner Meinung nach sauberer sein können der Pool war schon bei der Ankunft am Boden dreckig .. die Poolboys sind zwar jeden Tag zum Pool gekommen aber was die gemacht haben weiß ich nicht geputzt wurde auf jeden Fall nicht

Das Buffet Essen war leider sehr enttäuschend .. Frühstücksbuffet sehr überschaubar .. Essen ist alles im Freien wird nicht gekühlt und abgedeckt, Fliegen fliegen teilweise aufs essen .. Das Buffet am Abend war leider nochmal schlimmer .. es hat geheißen es gibt einen Arabischen Abend gegeben hat es Spaghetti Bolognese, Pommes, Bohnen, diverses gegrilltes Fleisch .. mein Freund hat kurz darauf alles ausgekotzt .. den nächsten Tag nach dem Frühstück hatte er wieder den ganzen Vormittag am Klo verbracht .. wir sind dann nur mehr in Restaurants an der Promenade essen gegangen .. generell war das Hotelrestaurant immer sehr leer denke andere Gäste hatten das selbe Problem

Hotel an sich ganz schön und nett aber würde euch empfehlen nichts dort zu essen und wenn dann nur a la carte das hat gepasst .. Preise in Haraki an der Promenade generell sehr günstig

Family hotel - good value for money
Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay at the Alia Hotel which was only 100 metres from a lovely safe and quiet beach with great tavernas all along the promenade.

They organised special dinner evenings such as a Greek and a seafood buffet which were excellent value for money.

The staff were most helpful.

Pros:

Es un hotel familiar pequeño a 100 mts de una muy linda y tranquila playa. La habitación con balcon esta siempre muy limpia, con cocina y nevera. El baño se notaba q estaba recién reformado, aunque cuando uno se baña se sale el agua, con el calor en nada esta seco de nuevo. Me llamo la atención q cambian las toallas cada dia. Todo el personal muy atento y simpatico, tratando de ayudar en todo. Tienen una excelente cocina y muy económica (los platos son enormes!!). Recomiendo: Seefood night y BBQ Night. Ambas excelentes y super barato. El desayuno también fue una agradable sorpresa. Nos encanto el entorno tranquilo (y eso q fuimos en pleno Julio). Ideal para descansar. Sin duda repetiríamos. Recomendable al 100%.

Le stanze sono site nei pressi del lungomare di Haraki vicinissimo ai ristoranti ed ai market senza per questo essere soggette a rumori o disturbi.
La posizione di Haraki è ottima come punto di partenza per visitare ogni parte dell'isola essendo sita in una zona centrale.
Buona e varia la colazione.

Ein sympathisches familiäres Hotel in Strandnähe!
Pros:

Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht! Einmal die Strandnähe, dann fand ich alles vor, was ich mir gewünscht hatte: eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage, ein schnelles Wlan-Netz, das sogar auf dem Zimmer lief, Mückenschutzgitter, Dusche mit prima Strahl, Fernseher, den ich allerdings nicht unbedingt brauchte, Durchlüftungsmöglichkeit in der Nacht per Tür und Balkontür, einen netten Pool, den ich in der heißen Jahreszeit nicht brauchte, aber der evtl. zu einer anderen Jahreszeit nicht schlecht gewesen wäre u.s.w..

Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Bettwäsche sehr häufig gewechselt.

Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich wirklich eine gute Wahl getroffen habe. Ich würde wieder dorthin fahren. Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr freundlich, das Service-Team im Restaurant/ beim Frühstück auch!
Die Umgebung ist ländlich, dies schätze ich sehr. Von meinem Zimmer im oberen Geschoss hatte ich einen seitlichen Meerblick, allerdings hatte ich die Zufahrtsstraße vor mir, was nur manchmal gegen Abend störend war, weil einige Jugendliche mit ihren Mopeds durch die Gegend düsten. Aber dies geschah nur an zwei Abenden.
Im Restaurant am Pool kann man gut und günstig essen, günstiger als in den Tavernen an der Bucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt an alle Beteiligten des Alia Hotels!

hej ! jag var i kontakt, med er kundtjänst igår,o förklara att när jag o barnen kom till Alia Studio med bokningspapper, sa dom att dom inte hade nån kontakt med Hotel.Com ,så rum fanns inte för oss,men dom var trevliga o hjälpte oss till ett annex där dom grovstäda ut ett normalt dubbel-rum flytta garderober o fick montera en x-säng så vi fick 3 sängar , vi 4:a så familjerum var inte att tänka på , vi gjorde det drägligt för oss , men!!!!! för en familj med större behov vore det katastrof mvh Ronnie
