They made us feel at home and very safe and comfortable.
They had live music in the lobby every night and they sang beautifully.
The Hotel is located not far from the centre. It is five minutes walk from the metro and easily connected to the rest of the city. The staff is very helpful. Some of the spoke good English. The interior is a bit retro but overall tidy and there are also two restaurants. One is available for breakfast where there is a large buffet. On my birthday they left a cake on my room which was very nice of them. good value fro money.

The service is amazing, they helped for luggage and upgrade me to a suite, which is amazing. The overall standard is pretty high, room is clean and provide sufficient bottles of water. Well, I am very stratified with the hotel.
Clean, likes the Mongolian theme, good hotel breakfast (that you can buy in the morning), good cleaning each day.

Hotel is a little dated, but it is very well maintained and situated in an excellent location within walking distance of the subway station.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff and amenities, including an excellent buffet-breakfast. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at worldwide.
2 boy Gamers in next room yelling all night kept waking me. Also strong smoke smell (from bathroom vent system). told reception and they warned them but they were still playing/smoking on second night.
Manager apologised for noise (and said it was a non smoking hotel), moved us to another room on 3rd night which was quiet.
Many thanks to fabulous Concierges in lobby for helping us get tickets to TeamLab Beijing and Tiananmen Sq reservations. They were always helpful and great on English /Chinese translate app.
One of the best hotels I stayed. Actually the best. I even stayed at the Plaza in NYC. Just incredible in every way, including the location. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.
Room smells not good and shower room need clean more. No toothpaste.
The staff are very friendly, my only suggestion is to have at least one of the team members in that can communicate fully in English. Thanks
