amazing experience , great value for money with real high quality service/food
Pros:

the staff was extremly friendly and helpful - from the reception , restaurant staff , bar tender and cleaning folks
all friendly and eager to help/answer - if its about food needs , logistics, requests or just questions

the hotel is "old school" style with touches of modernity - great views of the village
Food was great (half board) - some dishes amazing , very flexable with children (likes / don't likes)
service was great - all over - room was cleaned twice a day , restaurant staff was great , same for Bar
location for skiing is great - ski in /ski/walk out - but great location overall
its been years since I saw such a good overall package

Cons:

maybe location (up on the hill , about 500 m from the main street) - requires a 10 minutes walk up/down hill if you want to spend time on Lech main street

Wonderful staff, delicious food, room was spacious and well appointed, and bar and restaurant were very comfortable.

Cons:

Idea of being right on the slopes was a draw - however the Ski in / ski out access wasnt workable for me (blue skier) so skied from the base of town. 10 minute walk to town was fine.

Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
Pros:

Great location with ski in/out option. The rooms were comfortable and not too hot (which can sometimes be the case). The food was good.

Cons:

The spa was a bit limited especially since the jacuzzi was out of order. Also the naked requirement is not great so great for Brits who tend to be a more reserved about getting naked in public.

Pros:

Wonderful service and staff, excellent food. Specious rooms and location ski-in and ski-out, free shuttle to and from ski school. Best omelette
