Exceptional service and great accommodations.
Pros:

I loved the location in Praiano. It was convenient to Amalfi and Positano without staying in the busy tourists areas. The staff gave exceptional service. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I would highly recommend

Beautiful place and wonderful people, Grazie Mille!
Pros:

Great situation in the village, definitely at the right end. Close to other bars and restaurants. Didn’t have a poor experience all week.
We ate at the hotel and the food and service was fantastic. We also ate at Il Pino twice and Che Bonta. 3 times.
Bar Mirante gets a special mention. Sunset drinks are a must, Mario and the team were fabulous.

The views from the restaurant, room and pool were amazing. The staff were all great and friendly. The hotel helped with any local arrangements.

Tudo perfeito!!! O hotel é maravilhoso!!! O atendimento é impecável!!! Café da manhã excelente!!! Vista, sensacional!!! Todos muito atenciosos e competentes!!! Adoramos estar no Tramonto!!! Hotel espectacular, vistas impresionantes, habitaciones limpias y diseño muy fresco, el desayuno increíble. El personal de lo más amable y servicial. Totalmente recomendable.

Por decir algo, Quizá la ducha de la piscina escondida. No llegamos a encontrarla.

Friendly staff and welcoming, beautiful room well thought of extras slippers, robes, beach bag, eye mask for a perfect sleep. Views were amazing from our room. The pool was lovely.

Cons:

Beach is quite far and once you get there you have to pay for a chair from EU100, would be nice if the hotel had a few chairs available down there for guests.

A fantastic hotel and great base to discover the Amalfi Coast From.
Pros:

The view of Positano from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

Like anything in life, it’s all about the people — and the staff here were first rate. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.

A special mention to Roberto, who organised dinners, water taxis and anything else we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Roberto helped make our trip very special.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
