Comfort, Cleanliness, and Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a very positive experience during our stay. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was carefully organized every day, which made a big difference throughout the trip.

The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and quality. We were very well attended at all times. The staff is very helpful, from the front desk to the common areas, such as the pool, where they provided towels and all the necessary support.

All of our questions were promptly answered, which made us feel very comfortable during the entire stay.

Overall, the hotel provided us with a very pleasant experience, and we felt well taken care of throughout our time there.

La location ha molto potenziale, è molto carina e ha molto stile

Cons:

Alcune cose non sono curate, del tipo il vetro dell’ascensore panoramico
In camera ad esempio, in bagno c’era il cestino plastica.. nel 2026 non si può vedere un cestino in plastica
O piccoli dettagli del tipo non c’era il numero della reception da nessuna parte oppure il Wi-Fi in camera, non c’era la password segnata da nessuna parte.
La cosa che più mi ha colpito è che chi ci ha accolto e servito, non sono stati per niente gentili . Sembrava a tratti che non avessero voglia di lavorare e/o servire. Molto scocciati

Pros:

Clean rooms, clean lobby. Rooms looked comfortable to sleep in, big mirrors, and the breakfast was okay. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Ssdly the pool area didn’t receive any sunlight, it was always in the shadow which is unfortunate. The breakfast isn’t very satisfying, since there’s not much variety, or barely something left for people dining at 9am. Staff’s friendly but a little slow to be honest. Booked a day trip through the hotel, but the communication with the driver and the whole organisation is poor and misunderstanding, even if speaking spanish. There were mixups with the pickup time etc.

Muy cerca a todo, la playa, supermercados, farmacias, el señor que te recibe súper amable y atento, menú del restaurante variado todos los días.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha es súper caliente, imposible bañarse en el cuarto, me tocaba bañarme en la ducha de la piscina, llamé en varias ocasiones a recepción y nunca me solucionaron, solo me decían que el tanque quedaba en una parte donde el sol siempre daba y con esa temperatura nunca había agua fría en la habitación.
La recepción es demasiado caliente no tiene aire y esperar allí es imposible con ese calor.
