Excelente hospedaje..muy amable el personal. La habitación estaba mas pequeña de lo que mostraban en las imágenes y que por favor fumiguen..tienen zancudos en las zonas comines

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención en recepción, la cama, las duchas y el desayuno deli.

Cons:

Habia un zancudo y el segundo día no limpiaron 100% el baño.

Location and ameneties are great. Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool is perfect

Cons:

There is no air flow in the room and the smell is not quite good. Towels are a bit old now.

El hotel es hermoso, tiene habitaciones cómodas. El buffet es muy completo. Pudimos aprovechar la piscina aunque estuvimos sólo un día. Muy amable el personal. Las camas fabulosas.

Excelente ubicación y servicio.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel.
Servicio de desayuno.
Cercanía a las playas de Bocagrande y Castillogrande.
Cerca de muchos restaurantes y tiendas para compras.

Cons:

No hay insonorización en la habitación, hay mucho ruido proveniente de la calle - mi habitación tenía ventana.
Es un hotel que NO incluye botellas de agua en cortesía.

Really enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, everything was clean and really pretty. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options each breakfast time. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were big and everything was very modern. The pool was great, half of it gets the sun which is nice. 2-3 minute walk from the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby which is great!

Terrible no se hospeden
Pros:

Terrible, me dieron una habitación sucia con hongos , me cambiaron y posterior me salen cucaracha en la habitación
Además de los procedimientos de manipulación de alimentos son terribles
Después de mucho solicitar devolución de las tres noches restantes hicieron la devolución sin embargo el pago de impuesto por esas noches no las hicieron

La situación del Hotel era buena ya que estas en medio de la península y podías desplazarte andando por toda ella, y la playa la tienes cerca.

Cons:

La piscina ya que estas en el interior y no toca el sol al tener el edificio tan alto pegado al hotel, y las playas de alrededor el ambiente de la gente es un poco peligroso, no es mucho de fiar.

Pros:

Muy lindas instalaciones. Hay pileta, gimnasio, restaurante.
Nuestra habitación era muy linda, muy amplia y con un lindo baño.
El desayuno está bien, podrían incluir más variedad pero está bien.

Muy cómoda la zona/ubicación. A 5 minutos en Uber de la zona histórica. Nos pareció bastante más seguro que otras zonas, el Uber hasta la zona histórica nos salía aprox 3 usd. No recomiendo caminar desde el hotel hasta la zona histórica! Pero en Uber se llega muy bien y muy rápido, y esta zona es realmente mejor para hospedarse.

Cons:

La pileta está en una zona del hotel en la cual le da la sombra todo el día, no hay ningún momento de sol.
