Hospitality beyond imagination.
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was just beyond my imagination. This property was by far the best property I had stayed at. Right from the welcome to the hospitality the room comfort to the meals and the breakfast, everything was just excellent. Me along with my family had an amazing 3 night stay and will keep coming when we visit Bangalore. Everything about this property is top notch. We had a suite room along with a complimentary upgrade and the view from the room was fabulous.

Excellent stay with my family 😃
Pros:

Everything is perfect from the check in to the stay at the hotel including the warm welcome from all the staff beginning from the front desk , housekeeping to F&B staff. I couldn't thank Anisa and Sahasritha for the complimentary Taj room upgrade and welcoming gift as mum to be 🌹😘💕. Will definitely be back again 😊

The property was very nice and clean

Cons:

It was on a very busy road, overall environment was pleasant. However, we had an issue in the restaurant. We ordered food and reminded the staff several times, but we had to wait a long time for it to arrive. By the time the rest of the food came, the other dishes we had already received had gone cold. This was a bit disappointing, although the cleanliness of the hotel was appreciated.
