Pros:

The politeness and courtesy of the staff. I had overbooked and had to reduce my stay by one night. The management showed understanding and refunded me for the cancellation.

Cons:

Taj had more glamour and nobility in the past. The new generation comes to the restaurant with their slippers and shorts, talks loud and is often not mindful. I guess this is common to business hotels. Next time I hope to book the old school flagzhip hotels.
