Awesome dinner at Paranda! Sriparna was a great host!
Paranda is awesome restaurant and its staff is sweet. They are very caring, courteous and ensure customer delight. Surya, Masan and Head chef Sushant personal took care of us. We are very pleased and contended.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The property was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish.
The food was outstanding, with every meal being thoughtfully prepared and delicious. A special mention goes to Chef Veda for creating such memorable dining experiences.

We had a lovely lunch of Beliram meat with a selection of flatbreads. Shriparna and Sharol were the embodiment of warmth, courtesy and knowledge.
Arunjumar from housekeeping was wonderful everything I needed was taken care whenever needed. I was on the 11th floor in a suite the hotel was wonderful
Overall, we expected a much higher standard from Taj.
During breakfast, on one of the days, coffee was served with spoilt milk. When we informed the team, they immediately changed it, which we appreciate. However, this should not have happened in a hotel like Taj.
In our room, 621, the bathroom lock was not working properly. Even after locking it, it felt like the door could open, and the lock was loose. This was uncomfortable and needs attention.
Also, the TV in our room had very poor network connectivity. We could not connect to YouTube, Netflix, or any streaming service, so we were not able to watch anything. This was quite disappointing and, in today’s standard, a serious issue for a hotel of this level.
In our children’s room, 623, there was a continuous electrical noise coming from the TV, which was disturbing.
We hope these issues are looked into seriously, as they affected our overall stay experience.
Tandoor prawn and fish and nàan was great...earthy smoking flavours
Suman is a dedicated and reliable member of the F&B team. Their positive attitude, excellent service skills, and commitment to guest satisfaction make them a valuable asset to the department.
And i just love the way she work with empathy.
We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Room was so nice and clean, breakfast was awesome. It was soothing feeling inside the room and never felt like coming out of it. The overlooking city skyscrapers were fantastic. Would love to come and stay again

We stayed for 3 days at Taj and it was a memorable trip.The staff was very polite and co operative.The head chef Veda catered to our special requests for breakfast and was very warm and welcoming.The rooms are designed with lot of thoughtfulness and you will get a great view of the city and the pool from your room.Rooms are very clean,spacious,luxurious and top notch.Housekeeping does their job with utmost dedication.There is a guy who plays the flute early in the morning which gives a very blissful vibe and in the evenings Priyanka plays the piano which lights up the atmosphere .Taj has added a touch of Indian tradition to their hotel which makes it unique.Even the security guards at the entrance were very cheerful.All the head chefs,people at the reception and restaurant manager checked with us regularly about our experience.Thank you team for your excellent hospitality :)
