Cons:

A very minor point and it sounds silly to say it, the music in the lift was excessively loud! The lift doors stayed open on our floor(3) and so the music wafted (boomed) throughout the third floor

Would recommend to family and friends.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice location slightly further out but walkable to all tourist sites. Room was comfortable and clean - extremely quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Room slightly on the smaller side but it was not a problem as we didn’t have large luggage.

Overall a very good stay
Pros:

Overall we had a very good stay here in a Deluxe Double room that was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and you can request different types of pillows (we got good memory foam ones).

Breakfast was well-stocked, including a make-your-own waffle station, tons of pastries, juices, oatmeal, veggies, fruit, hot eggs/sausages/etc.

The front desk staff were all very kind and even sent up several apology snacks and drinks to make up for some maintenance issues we experienced.

We would consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in Stockholm.

Cons:

The way the room is laid out means the bathroom is right next to the bed and separated only with a flimsy pocket door so it's impossible to use the facilities quietly at night without waking anyone else in the room. Our shower drain was also clogged and never really cleared up even though someone presumably came to deal with it after we mentioned it to the front desk. There was also food smeared on the emergency exit map by the door for some reason--can't blame the cleaning staff for missing it given the weird location but it was kind of gross.

While breakfast was tasty and that's the most important point about it, the restaurant in which they serve it could use a mood upgrade. It's lit as if it's a romantic dinner time at all times, very dark and somber. It's an odd choice for morning, particularly in the middle of winter when there's already very little daylight to be had. Something with more cheer first thing in the morning would be nice!

Wonderful hotel. Great location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and staff. In a great location looking onto beautiful park. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great hot shower!
The staff were super helpful. Best breakfast we have had! So much choice and good food.

Cons:

To be very fussy our pillows could have been a bit softer.

Very good option in Stockholm
Pros:

Had a very good stay here overall. Our Deluxe Double room was fairly spacious, clean, and quiet. We were also able to request foam pillows; strangely, they don't widely advertise that they offer different options. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The two small negatives to our stay had to do with the bathroom. First was the flimsy pocket door to the bathroom, which is very close to the bed so if you're sharing the room with a partner you will inevitably disturb their sleep if you need the facilities in the middle of the night. Second was that the shower drained really poorly, even after someone presumably came to unclog it while we were out.

The included breakfast was very good, though the restaurant has an overly dark and somber mood in my opinion. Why you'd choose mood lighting for breakfast especially in the dark winter months is beyond me. But, more importantly, there was a good variety of offerings, including a waffle-making station. The staff also provided us with a bagged breakfast to go when we had a very early morning flight to catch on our last day.

Overall this is a solid option in Stockholm and we'd consider staying again.

Pros:

O pequeno-almoço é excelente! Apresenta enorme variedade e qualidade de opções. O quarto é muito confortável, a localização central , perto de um parque enorme. Todo o ambiente do hotel é acolhedor, os funcionários e a decoração contribuem para esta sensação de bem-estar.

A banheira é uma opção que complica quem tem mobilidade reduzida
