Personal muy malo, no nos querían dejar nuestras maletas en la sala reservada y no nos hicieron la habitación las dos noches que estuvimos, un DESASTRE DE HOTEL

An acceptable economy choice with a great location.
Pros:

The location was wonderful

Cons:

The room was so small, it was impossible to open the bathroom door all the way without hitting the bed. The beds had thin mattresses that had to be continually pushed back in the base. The air conditioning was weak and the breakfast was not great .

Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel (proximité des musées, de la salle de concert Concertgebouw). Quartier et rue calmes. Accès facile aux trams. Restos sympas dans le quartier. Transports en commun en direction de l'aéroport Schipol à trois minutes de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Aucun bémol! Je descendrais volontiers à nouveau dans cet hôtel lors d'un nouveau séjour à Amsterdam.

Awesome location for your stay in Amsterdam!
Pros:

The location was amazing! Right between Vondel Park and the canal area. So easy to walk or take a tram around the city. Rare to find a hotel room that fits 3 or 4 in one room. The room had enough space and had everything you need for your stay in Amsterdam for a few days

Cons:

One staff member was not very helpful with giving information on museum tickets and check out but all other staff members were friendly and helpful

Great stay with family!
Pros:

Kind and consideraré staff. We travelled with 3 small kids which sometimes is a challange. But ALL employees were super kind and helpful which made the visit much easier.
