Otima, exceto por um funcionario rude na recepção do

Localização excelente, banheiro com chuveiro ótimo. Camas confortáveis. Acomodou bem minha família (4 pessoas).

Cons:

No check in fui recebida por um funcionário rude, não me ajudou em nada. Apontou uma maquina para fazer self check in, mas não me deu o numero do quarto nem se disponibilizou a guardar a bagagem ate a liberação do quarto. Após eu solicitar, ele disse que poderia guardar, mas não se levantou para indicar onde era, de modo que eu precisei solicitar uma segunda vez, e sempre recebendo respostas rudes e grosseiras. Não sei o nome, mas era um funcionário com traços orientais (fiz o check in no dia 4 de agosto por volta de 13:30). Depois disso não pedi mais informações a ele e só falava com a recepção se tivesse outra pessoa disponível. Desnecessário esse tratamento, numa viagem de 12 dias foi o único local que isso aconteceu.

Me senti em casa
Pros:

Localização sensacional ao lado de transporte público para toda a cidade e também ao lado do museu do Van Gogh e outros.
Confortável e staff super prestativo, com especial agradecimento ao moço de cabelo comprido e a moça loira. Foram ótimos!

Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and 24/7. We were able to check in a little early at no extra cost and were able to easily store our bags before checkin. The rooms are very clean and a good size. There is a tram station very close by.

Cons:

The location was a little far from central Amsterdam, but it was still a nice place to stay.

Pros:

Convenience and price

Cons:

No bathroom tissue. Air conditioner not blowing cold air. Receptionist not at all helpfully. Remote sticky and dirty. Bed headboard stripping. That air conditioner thermostat needs replacement do not think it works.

They were kind enough to receive a package.

Cons:

Man at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. Room was VERY small. Mattress kept sliding off the bed. There wasn't enough space in the room to open my suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on my bed to have room to open it.

Good place to visit museums
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but enough for us. Location near museums was just what we wanted and with tram you could easily go to other places also.

Cons:

The room was very small for two persons.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good hotel with spacious rooms for a fair price, located closely to museums. Unexpected bonus feature -> there's even a coffee machine in the room :)

Cons:

It's a quite dated premise and that is something one can smell (if sensitive). Also the AC made some noise throughout the night.
