Center of everything, where the 3 blue domes are. You can just stand at the roof and fake the picture with the domes

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights in October. Owner was very nice and easy to reach thru whatsapp. He arranged airport transfers to-from hotel which was around €45/transfer. His assistant brought our luggage to and from the property to the transfer. Views from the property was immaculate! People lined up outside of the property to take photos but didnt mind them at all. Location was great! Less than a 2 minute walk to get to the main walkway which will take to you to shops/restaurants. Room was super clean, had wifi, tv had netflix *smile, hot water for showers, AC/heater. The experience to stay in a Cave room/home was super nice. Simple filling breakfast was served. So happy we stayed here! Thank you Theodora Suites for this amazing experience!!!

We had an incredible view of the sunset from our balcony. The location was perfect for exploring Oia, and our room and balcony were very private. We had the best honeymoon ever. Transfers from Thira and back to the port were all arranged, which was perfect as we didn't have to worry about moving around with our suitcases. Thank you Theodora Suites！

What can I say. It was our first time in Santorini and we picked just right. The view from the hotel at sunset was amazing. The proprietor, Odisseas, helped us arrange anything we needed and the breakfast overlooking the caldera every morning almost made us not want to leave the hotel. Thank you for a great experience!

The host was nice and friendly, was helpful arranging transportation and transfer/luggage help. Our room looked great, had essentials, and a jacuzzi patio with an amazing sunset view. Clean and comfortable beds. Location is great(close to everything) and peaceful, breakfast outside with a great view was amazing. The downside -electricity. our AC was functioning but definitely did not do the job. The room was too hot, we were almost ready to sleep outside. The power kept going out multiple times even though we werent using any devices. Maybe this is normal for this particular area, Im not sure. Would consider staying somewhere else due to the electricity/AC issue.

Amazing sunset spot!
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle they offer to pick you up at the air port, they lug all your luggage which is so worth it.
