A lovely Alpine hotel, but the dinner was disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a large separate car park and a lovely Alpine atmosphere. Our deluxe apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The wellness part is really cool as well.

Cons:

Dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. The portions were small and the food was not particularly good. We accidentally took two drinks from the breakfast machine, and the waiter spoke to us in a very bothered and unpleasant manner. We were also charged for both drinks, despite breakfast being included in our stay.

Rundum kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, Personal inkl. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Frühstück ausgezeichnet, es fehlte an nichts.

Lage super, Zimmer geräumig, vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot (Kaffee war aber leider ungenießbar)

Cons:

Frühstücksservice konnte kein Wort deutsch, schwierig wenn ich innerhalb von Österreich Urlaub mache

Pros:

super acceuil personel sympa et trée professionel petit dejeuné super.Repas du soir dans le cadre de la demi pension exellent le choix entre deux entrée trois plat de résistance et deux dessert en plus buffet de salades et une soupe le tout super.Une superbe chambre avec vue sur le glacier de Hinter Tux magnifique.

Buona colazione, ottima pulizia. Comodità del bus a pochi metri dalla struttura.

Pros:

Hotel precioso con una habitación súper amplia, cómoda y luminosa. Aparcamiento gratuito. Desayuno espectacular.

Cons:

Por decir algo, que el check in sea a las 15:00 y el check Out a las 10:00 nos parece un poco abusivo, aunque se repite en bastantes alojamientos de Austria. Los menús de la cena son algo caros para la poca cantidad de comida.

Siamo stati molto bene, cena eccellente!!!
Pros:

Avevamo colazione e cena incluse. Ottima varietà a colazione. Cena veramente notevole, sia in termini di varietà che per qualità, davvero complimenti allo chef!!! Personale molto gentile e attento. Letti comodi, anche il divano-letto.

Cons:

Nel bagno è complicato fare la doccia, il vetro a bordo vasca non copre a sufficienza e si allaga facilmente. Nella nostra stanza, essendo in fondo al corridoio, il Wi-Fi non prendeva tranne vicino alla porta di ingresso.

Wunderbares Frühstückbuffet

Cons:

Im unteren Stock wurde auf dem Balkon geraucht und getrunken, so dass wir nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. - Zum Abendessen wurde uns Tisch Nr. 13 zugewiesen in der hintersten Ecke. Wir wünschten eine Umplatzierung, doch dies war gemäss Personal nicht möglich.

Pros:

Hotel pięknie położony, bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Pokój wygodny ze wspaniałym widokiem na otaczające wioskę góry.

Cons:

Obsługa była dość obcesowa. Po pierwsze recepcja zamyka się w okolicach 22, co jak na obiekt z czterema gwiazdkami jest dość specyficzne. Niesympatyczna pani na porannej zmianie w recepcji - jak nauczycielka w szkole wskazuje wiszący za nią zegar, na którym minęło 20 minut od przepisowej godziny wymeldowania (godz 10 też jest nietypowa jak na obiekty 4 gwiazdkowe). To była bardzo zabawna scena! Jeżeli klient nie mówi bardzo dobrze po niemiecku, pani nie przechodzi na angielski, ale zaczyna mówić po słoweńsku. A później wychodzi na papierosa przed hotel. Zdecydowanie lepiej wypada obsługa w restauracji.
