Curat, spațios si accesibil
Pros:

Curățenie, căldură, baie spațioasă, cameră la fel, aproape de centru( nu ai nevoie de mașină)

Locație foarte bună, șederea foarte plăcută.
Pros:

Locație foarte bună, extrem de aproape de centru, cateva minute pe jos. Apartament spațios, curat, bine-dotat (camera principală, baie, mini-bucătărie), liniște, atmosferă plăcută.

Frumos, dar recomand dopuri de urechi pentru cei sensibili.
Pros:

E foarte frumoasa cladirea si a fost renovata intr-un stil placut. Desi ne-am cazat mai tarziu, decat am mentionat in formular, si nu am anuntat acest lucru, personalul a fost binevoitor. Am stat doar 1 noapte.

Cons:

A fost un singur scaun in camera, as mai pune un scaun si o banca, ceva, pentru bagaje.
Am avut 2 racitoare de aer conditionat pe balcon, nu cred ca e prea placut pe timp de vara si clar balconul vara, in timp ce functioneaza aerele nu il poti folosi, fiind micut. Cel mai tare m-a deranjat izolatia fonica, care nu prea este.

Sejurul a fost aproape perfect, dar problemele de reglare a apei și-au spus cuvântul. Indiferent de direcția în care întorci robinetul, vine clocotită sau rece gheață, greu se potrivește pentru a fi suportabilă și rezistă foarte puțin așa.

Locatie excelenta, personal disponibil si serviabil, sejur placut in general
Pros:

Locatie excelenta intr-o cladire in stil Art Nouveau renovata. Am apreciat amabilitatea personalului, disponibilitatea lor pentru orice solicitare si aerul conditionat atat de necesar intr-o zi de vara

Cons:

Daca draperia din camera ar fi fost functionala, avand in vedere ca era o camera cu vedere la strada, daca usa de acces pe balcon s-ar fi inchis cu usurinta, daca prizele ar fi fost functionale de ambele parti ale patului nu doar de o singura parte as fi spus ca Hotel Ivana e alegerea ideala pentru un sejur de city-break in Oradea. In camera, nu am avut nici un aparat de preparare a ceaiului/cafelei cu toate ca exista o cutie cu plicuri de ceaiuri (complet inutila in cazul nostru). Un sfat pentru o viitoare redecorare interioara, evitati alegerea unui cadru de pat cu rama lata. Ne-am trezit cu vanatai pe picioare deoarece la fiecare urcare/coborare din pat te loveai de cadrul patului mult prea proeminent.
