Quizás y por no dejar de decirlo, la zona del comedor es pequeña y se podría buscar cómo aislar el ruido de la calle más que todo por la falta de cultura de los vehículos que circulan

L’emplacement en plein centre historique, la déco incroyable des chambres, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, le choix des petits-déjeuners et surtout la piscine en rooftop avec la vue sur la ville et la mer au loin. Magique!
Superbe boutique hôtel. Équipe très agréable et petit déjeuner servi dans le loft. De très beaux espaces à la fois dans le loft et sur le toit terrasse.
Magnifique piscine.
Trop de nuit dans le rue à cause des clim.

There was a lot of care and attention to detail from when we entered the hotel to when we left. Service was great, breakfast was yummy, and the room was super clean and comfy. Oh, even though the location was central it was quiet enough to get away from all the activity. Many thanks to all the staff especially Benjamin for the memorable stay.

Large apartment with 2 bathrooms, laundry room & a kitchen with a view of the pool. The shower was very good. Good air-conditioning that was needed because of the heat. The small rooftop pool was great with a good view over the city. Breakfast was pre-order & brought to the room & was a decent offering, but not anything special especially for the price of the room
Everything was good, but quite expensive.
La ubicación es lo mejor y el rooftop muy bueno, también el desayuno era delicioso quizá un poco escaso podrían ofrecer pan y algo más pero bien.
Se notaban las instalaciones desgastadas, poco cuidado, le hacia falta a casi todo una renovación, para el precio que hemos pagado tendría que estar todo más cuidado más nuevo, el aire acondicionado, la TV, los muebles, el baño, las luces de la piscina estaban como rotas, la piscina interior estaba en obras… muchas cosas se ven mal.
La ubicación excelente, la atención en la recepción es rápida
Habitación cómoda y hotel con buenos servicios. La piscina es muy buena y hay espacio para que varios huéspedes puedan tomar sol en simultáneo. Aprovechamos la cámara de vapor que funciona muy bien.

Fantastisch hotel op de beste plek mogelijk in het oude historische centrum. Het dakterras is adembenemend en je kunt er op zondagochtend een Spaanse mis meeluisteren, zo dicht zit je op de mooie kerk. De kamers zijn ruim, koel en luxe ingericht. Wij hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping aan de binnentuin, heel rustig en superfijn qua ligging. Het personeel is fantastisch: we kwamen met mega vertraging aan maar er werd geregeld dat Marco er tot diep in de nacht zat om ons binnen te laten. Verder heeft James ons met alles geholpen ( late checkout, taxi’s etc) en kun je bijv ook een wasje laten doen in het hotel. Nog speciale dank aan Zindy voor de hulp met het ontvangen van het pakketje wat we in het vorige resort vergeten waren! Superlief!

This hotel not only was clean and comfortable, but the staff were outstanding. The roof top view is amazing and the location is perfect your in the middle of the old town where there is street vendors music shops , bars,clubs and restaurants it's perfect and if you want to take a day cruise to one of the islands it's right across the street.
Would like the pool hours on the roof top run at list till 12am do to the fact that it's a secure area and after walking around all day you want to cool off in the pool
My wife and I spent a week in Cartagena at Casa Claver. The hotel is beautiful and well situated in the middle of the old walled city, close to everything. Our room was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight for us - we had our breakfast there every morning and spent a few hours there before heading out to explore the city. The rooftop is beautiful with plants and colorful flowers everywhere. In the mornings and later in the afternoons there were several pairs of green parrots that would roost in trees and rooftops nearby.
We really enjoyed the breakfasts served by the hotel. I had the Desayuno Claver every day, while my wife sampled several of the options. They were all delicious!
The staff at Casa Claver are all amazing. Very friendly, considerate and helpful. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and they left champagne, flowers, and treats in our room, along with a note of congratulations! They also arranged to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. We had been to Cartagena last year, so we already knew what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go this year, but if it is your first time the staff will be happy to make recommendations and arrangements for restaurants, excursions, transportation, etc.
Speaking of excursions - there is a lot to see and do in Cartagena, and definitely take in as much of it as you can, but I’d highly recommend doing a street food tour, and doing it early in your stay. That way you have time to return to your favourite places. We did one last year and found many hidden places we wouldn’t have known about otherwise.
Cartagena has become one of our favourite vacation spots. It has amazing people, food, history and culture, and overall just a fantastic vibe!!! The energy is amazing and our week went by way too quickly. We will definitely return, and when we do we will be staying at Casa Claver again!
