La struttura moderna anche se un po' labirintica.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto lunghi tempi di attesa alla reception e inoltre la mattina la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera solo perché non avevamo messo il cartello "non disturbare", capisco la nostra mancanza ma eravamo rientrati tardi la sera prima. La signora è entrata mentre stavamo dormendo alle nove del mattino quando il check out sarebbe stato dopo le 10, l'ho trovato molto sgarbato.

Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Schnelle und problemlose Abwicklung, Tiefgaragenparkplatz war verfügbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Rechnung bei der Abreise war bereits vorbereitet in einem Kuvert.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück musste ich aber zu früh weiter. Ist aber für mich so vollkommen in Ordnung, man kann natürlich nicht 100% abdecken. Wirtshaus Otto keine 10 min zu Fuß entfernt super!

Pros:

Unter der Balkontüre meines ursprünglichen Zimmers hatten sich Wespen eingenistet. Daraufhin habe ich sofort ein anders Zimmer bekommen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr zuvorkommend!

Für Kurzurlaub ohne Erwartungen passabel
Pros:

ruhige Lage, Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahnstation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten neben Hotel

Cons:

Frühstück - kein einziges Gebäck mehr, lange Wartezeiten bis wieder neues aufgebacken wird, sehr mindere Qualität, Frühstücksraum ist schmutzig, weil wenn etwas zu Boden fällt, wird es liegen gelassen oder Brösel werden vom Personal auf den Boden hinuntergewischt.
Ihr fehlt es an Führung, das Personal weiß es eben nicht besser!

Tolles Zimmer, hat an nichts gefehlt

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, gefühlte 45 Grad im Zimmer, keine Lüftung, keine Ventilation.
Bei hohen Temperaturen werde ich dort nicht mehr einchecken

Lokacija je bila dobra za nase potrebe, jastuk je bio udoban.

Recepcionar Miroslav nas je prevario! Cim smo usli rekao je da nema mesta za bebu u sobi koju smo platili i trazio da doplatimo za vecu sobu. Krevet koji su doneli bio je prljav i star tako da je beba svakako spavala sa nama. Kasnije sam videla sobu koju smo prvobitno platili i bilo je dovoljno mesta za bebin krevet!!! Pri tome je rekao da je veca soba bolje zbog kuhinje koja kasnije ce se ispostaviti aposlutno nista nije imala!!! Cak nj casu za vodu, ni jedan tanjir niti escajg. Sramota…. Inace, na 40 stepeni u vreloj sobi rekli su da ne poseduju klime nego su nam dobeli ventilator! Soba nije ciscena svaki dan pa smo dobili vaucer za jedno pice. Ne po osobi (pice za mene i supruga) nego bas jedno pice po vauceru. Izbegnite ovaj hotel, nastup i obmana za mene nemaju nikakvo opravdanje. Da nisam vodila bebu koja je vec bila umorna od puta i gladna, trazila bih definitivno povrat novca jer nisam dobila uslugu koju sam trazila i platila i otisla bih u drugi hotel. Bezveze sto se ovako lep hotel sluzi obmanama da bi zaradio evro vise…
