Pros:

Big enough room with comfy beds, and nice balcony. The guy on reception was helpful, u-bahn station is 5 or so minutes from hotel, and grocery store is also close. Overall, hotel has and offers everything you need for pleasent stay. I`ll come back definitely.

Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzt, der Teppichboden wurde wohl seit Erbauung des Hotels noch nie gereinigt. Um 7.30 Uhr stand plötzlich die Putzfrau mitten im Zimmer. Eine halbe Stunde später ein Herr, der prüfen wollte, ob das Zimmer schon frei ist.

Fernbedienung TV funktioniert nicht, nieman kümmert sich um die Batterien, schwarze Haare im Bad bzw WC - das geht gar nicht, ekelhaft, ist halt ein günstiges Hotel.

Erster Blick sehr unangenehm, keinerlei Ausstattung, nicht bereit eine zusätzliche Person dazuzubuchen, mussten nochmal ein Zimmer buchen, verschiedene Punkte lt. Fotos !

Sinceramente nn saprei da dove iniziare!!!
Abbiamo prenotato il 3Gennaio facendo presente che eravamo in 6 di cui due bambini.E che volevamo avere aggiunto nella camera tripla un letto extra, ci confermano che nn ci sarebbe stato nessun problema!!
La mattina della partenza rinvio un nuovo messaggio e ricordo che una tripla sarebbe dovuta diventare una quadrupla, dopo qualche tentennamento mi dicono che avrebbero provveduto(prima nota stonata).
Arriviamo e troviamo la sorpresa nessuno aveva aggiunto un lettino nella tripla,ma provvedono a darci una camera doppia dove dovevano soggiornare i bambini lontana dalla nostra.Durante la notte veniamo chiamati da mia figlia xché dei ragazzi avevano una chiave della loro camera,data in reception, e sono entrati credendo di trovare la camera libera!UNA COSA INACCETTABILE E DA IRRESPONSABILI,PER NN PARLARE DELLO SPAVENTO DEI MIEI FIGLI.
Come se nn bastasse,al piano troviamo una scolaresca che x tre notti nn ci ha fatto chiudere occhio!!
Ho fatto presente tutte le notti che distrubavano,con schiamazzi, corse,porte sbattute ecc ecc... ma chiaramente nn hanno provveduto a cambiarci di camera!!
CHE DIRE L'INCOMPETENZA PIÙ TOTALE!!!
VIAGGIAMO ORMAI DA ANNI MAI ACCADUTO NULLA DEL GENERE...
