la gentillesse des stagiaires français

Cons:

L’hôtel est vétuste - le personnel de la réception est pas sympathique - la chambre avait une odeur de moisi comme la salle de bain - la vue de la chambre est horrible

La colazione era buona ed abbondante, camera pulita, minibar in camera.

Cons:

Subito al check in ho trovato il personale poco cortese, poco collaborativi a dare spiegazioni, volevo una camera con 2 l3tti singoli e invece mi hanno assegnato una con letto matrimoniale.
Bagno piccolo, terrazzo molto stretto con vista bruttissima senza luce, senza tavolino.

Buona posizione

Cons:

Camere vecchie e con moquette, nessuna presa elettrica vicino al letto, televisione non visibile dal letto. Bagno vecchio. Personale non troppo gentile. Ciliegina sulla torta, a colazione ho trovato un panino con la muffa, fatto presente al personale, sono stata liquidata con un “sorry”. Il prezzo non è assolutamente giustificato.

A lovely family holiday but a few tweaks needed
Pros:

Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were extremely friendly and were so accommodating to our little boy. The views from the roof top pool were amazing. The cleaners were also so friendly and the level of cleaning they did every day was very good. The hotel offer pool towels and have lots of free toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion which were topped up daily. Our room was spacious with a good amount of storage for all our belongings.

Cons:

There is hardly any shaded areas in the roof top pool area which was very difficult for us with a child. The hotel is a little outdated compared to the photos on booking.com and some things like the scuffed cupboards in the room could do with updating. We were abruptly woken up at 3am by a drunk woman banging on our hotel room door and shouting constantly which woke our child up as well. Just to make people aware - there are stairs into the hotel which meant we had to carry our child in a pushchair up and down every day.

Comfortable accommodation, efficient service and great location.
Pros:

The room was close to all amenities in Spinola Bay a lovely vibrant town with great transport links. A 20min walk takes you to Sliema which has a direct ferry for a few euros to Valletta.

Cons:

There are building works currently, but this is common across Malta as we went before the season really starts.
