Pros:

Czysto, miła obsługa, codzienne sprzątane, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów, przystanków autobusowych.

Cons:

Meldowaliśmy się ok 1 w nocy, w pokoju było otwarte okno balkonowe przez co było bardzo zimno w pokoju. Nie zostaliśmy powiadomieni o remoncie tuż pod naszym oknem, remont zaczynał się od godziny 6-7 rano.

the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel is decent and convenient for exploring the area.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel is not really family-friendly. There was no suitable room for four people, so we had to book two separate rooms, which was inconvenient and not what we expected. The rooms themselves felt outdated, particularly the mattresses, which were not comfortable.

A major issue was the very low water pressure in the showers; it was barely sufficient, making it difficult to properly shower. On top of that, there were no EU power adapters provided in the rooms, so we had to go out and buy our own in order to charge our devices. Very unusual as we were staying in a 4-star hotel and you would expect them to provide such things.

The bathrooms were also very small and difficult to use comfortably. In addition, there were visible signs of mould in the bathrooms, and the silicone sealing work looked poorly done and cheap, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance.

Noise was another problem. The surroundings were extremely loud due to ongoing construction work, which continued until around 4 a.m., with constant banging that made it hard to sleep.

Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. There were no available parking spaces around the hotel, and we were charged for hotel parking €12 per day to park, which felt excessive given the circumstances. We actually paid to be parked during the night, because we were driving around throughout the day.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Argento était bien au-delà de mes attentes. La chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel est aux petits soins des clients. Nous avons eu droit à des attentions très gentilles. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié. L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé, proche des transports en commun et des endroits festifs de la ville. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants à proximité.
