Une adresse d’exception où l’authenticité, le service et la gastronomie atteignent un niveau remarquable.
Pros:

Un établissement exceptionnel, sans doute l’un des meilleurs de Tunisie en matière de qualité de service, d’élégance et d’authenticité. Chaque membre du personnel est attentionné, chaleureux et anticipe les besoins avec une vraie bienveillance, ce qui donne le sentiment d’être réellement choyé. La restauration est remarquable, avec des produits d’une qualité irréprochable et une cuisine raffinée. Le petit-déjeuner est probablement le meilleur que nous ayons connu : une superbe mise en valeur des spécialités tunisiennes, des produits locaux d’exception et une sélection où la qualité prime largement sur la quantité. Le spa est excellent et la grande piscine est magnifique, propice à la détente. La plage, même si Gamarth n’offre pas selon nous le plus beau littoral de Tunisie, est très agréable, parfaitement entretenue et propose de nombreuses activités nautiques pour ceux qui le souhaitent. L’ensemble de l’expérience respire le calme, le luxe discret et le souci du détail.

Cons:

Rien à redire. Pour vraiment chipoter, une machine à café dans les chambres serait un petit plus.

Le cadre général : standing de l'hôtel, chambres confortables.
La piscine /Le spa/Hammam.

Cons:

En revanche nous avons trouvé les plats assez simples et moyens par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués.
De plus l’attente a été très longue, autant pour la prise de commande que pour le service.

Pros:

The property is beautiful, spacious, and impressive, with stunning architecture and an amazing swimming pool. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable, although I experienced an issue with the air conditioning during my stay, which affected my overall comfort.

Cons:

I really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool, the beach, the quality of the food, and the excellent hospitality from the team. The property has great potential and is beautiful overall, but I believe it would benefit from more consistent maintenance to keep it at the high standard guests expect.

Pros:

1. Personnel exceptionnel : toujours souriant, serviable, professionnel et à l'écoute malgré une surcharge de travail évidente.

2. L'entrée de l'hôtel (extérieur & intérieur)

Cons:

Cet hôtel ne correspond plus au niveau d'un véritable 5 étoiles.

1. Une heure de retard au check-in alors que l'hôtel était partiellement vide.

2. Chambres vieillissantes, mal isolées et plusieurs parties extérieures dégradées.

3. Pénurie de serviettes (chambre, piscine et salle de sport), avec parfois des serviettes sales. À trois (2 adultes et 1 enfant), il nous est arrivé de n'avoir qu'une seule serviette après le ménage.

4. Service très lent au bar et au restaurant.
Petit-déjeuner peu varié, tables parfois non préparées, vaisselle sale et attente d'environ 20 minutes pour un café.

5. Restaurants partiellement fermés en pleine saison. Prix très élevés (environ deux fois ceux des établissements voisins) pour une qualité de cuisine très moyenne.

6. Gel douche dilué, poubelle beaucoup trop petite pour une famille avec un jeune enfant et absence de brosse WC.

7. Des taches de rouille sont apparues sur nos maillots de bain après les avoir fait sécher sur les chaises de la terrasse.

8. Piscine ouverte au public (290 dinars) et nombreux mariages organisés dans l'hôtel, ce qui nuit à la tranquillité des clients.

9. Hôtel situé au cœur d'une zone festive avec des boîtes de nuit ouvertes toute la semaine : nuits très bruyantes.
Nous avons changé de chambre, mais toujours le même problème.

10. Débit de la première nuit sans autorisation et restitution de la caution compliquée.

Impression générale d'un établissement qui cherche à réduire ses coûts tout en conservant des tarifs très élevés.

C'est bien dommage car cet hôtel a un beau potentiel.

Exceptional staff and spotless rooms, but hotel falls short of five-star standards.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and service-oriented. Everyone went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Although the facilities are somewhat dated, they are still functional. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire property, and the rooms were absolutely spotless. Rooms in general are very spacious.

Cons:

The room-service food was disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The pool towels were old and stained and urgently need replacing. The pool staff worked extremely hard and were very accommodating, but the area was clearly understaffed, with only one waiter and one pool manager serving the entire property.
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, and we could clearly hear our neighbours’ conversations and movements.
Overall, the hotel falls short of a true five-star experience, particularly considering the very high prices and poor value for money.
