No. Don’t. Just don’t. Zero stars.

I very rarely write scathing reviews but I don’t understand what is happening with this hotel. I am Greek and was in the area visiting my dad and other family with my own family. It’s only about 4 km away from my aunt’s house so we decided to stay here for about 3 days. My husband and I used to be in the wedding industry (setting up décor, lighting, and audio equipment) so we have see *a lot* of hotels and venue spaces. I will sum up with the good, the bad, and the ugly:

The Good:
I am going to use the word good here quite loosely because - well because.
The pool - it looked decent but we didn’t use it. We go to the beaches when we’re here so it’s kind of a non-issue for us.
The lobby - okay looking. You can tell this hotel has good bones, but damn, the rest is embarrassing.

The Bad and The Ugly:
Overall - The entire place had a musty smell. There was dust everywhere and the place needs a good deep-clean. Even the roof tiles need to be replaced (I mean, about an 8th of them are just missing anyway). We rented two rooms for our family and both were super dirty.
Rooms - dirty. The floor not only wasn’t mopped, it wasn’t even swept. I took my socks off and walked across the room and it felt like I was walking through crumbs. Ugh. Also, our room was filled with bugs and ants. We tried to use the little refrigerator in the room but it didn’t work but we did find the remains of the previous renter’s coagulated kefir drink. 🤮 Also, there is water damage everywhere - doors, floors, walls. I bet there is mold all over the place. My kids’ rooms was also filled with bugs. Poor kid was bit all over. The smaller bed had a dirty comforter on it and when we took it off the bed, you could see crumbs, dirt, and, dust on the sheets underneath. If you told me this is the kind of establishment that rents by the hour, I would’ve believed you. Our room door wouldn’t close unless it was locked (I don’t recommend you not locking it anyway). One of the rooms didn’t have a working A/C. Both rooms had broken and torn drapes.
Bathroom - dirty. The mirrors were not cleaned so you can see all the water spots and stains from previous people. Bathtub leaked and was stained and had hair in it. The tub took about 10-15 to drain and half the water, somehow, ended up in the hallway. The hairdryer didn’t work.
Breakfast - some bread, hard-boiled eggs, juice, cereals. There is also an “espresso machine” you can use to make coffee (it gave us the runs).
Outside - building looks dilapidated. Paint peeling off, wood looking old and weak, tiles falling off floors. Also, there are a pack of dogs who live in the empty lot across the street who will chase everyone (they don’t look super aggressive, probably just hungry, but it was scary for the kids). We had to get to our car quickly before they would get to us.

I would never stay here. I wasn’t the one who recommended this place and my dad said he had to stay here during covid so I thought it would’ve been clean. They would get a whole star from me just from a deep clean. Seriously. If they went through every inch of space and just dusted, moped, and cleaned it would’ve been so much better.

Will share my experience in English to cover most of people Firstly 4 stars is a joke . Dirty rooms , the aircon doesn’t blow any warm air in January, the bedsheets must be 20 years old. Had an unpleasant experience with the service. Came with 2 kids at midnight. The person at the reception couldn’t figure out in English my reference number , couldn’t find my name , but gave us room keys . The first room was filthy. We asked for a change. In the morning a lady from the reception came and we realised together that Ii booked another hotel 200 m down on this road. And asked us for a full price to be paid for the night. So unprofessionally to say at least , to let someone in without finding my booking in the system and after charged us for that. Not even offering half price discount as a solution. I have never experienced that before in my life. Could be a nice hotel but need a great amount of job to be done.

There are no words to describe the hotel. Basically needs a complete renovation. Run down building, bathrooms are in a terrible state, rooms are worse. I don't know how the mainstream booking apps still list the hotel as an option. Definitely not recommended, stay away.

Tout est sale, pas de lumière dans les parties communes, tout est cassé même la rembarde d’escalier.
Cet hôtel devrait fermer c’est une honte qu’il soit proposé sur des plateformes !

No words to describe...very very bad..in every way. No service. we stayed 3 nights our rooms were never cleared. The room had so many wrongs..not even the curtains were straight broken and covered half the balcon door...breakfast was terrible...everything cold

Bestellt waren Doppelbetten, bekommen haben wir zwei Einzelbetten. Schimmel im Bad. Keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Kühlschränke die nicht funktionieren und auch nicht repariert oder ersetzt wurden. Offene Elektoleitungen. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt da nur ein Schlüssel für jedes Zimmer vorhanden war. Selbst den Müll mussten wir selbst entsorgen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaulich, das Rührei war immer flüssig und da es niemand gegessen hat wurde es nach vier Tagen nicht mehr angeboten. Es gab überhaupt kein Wechsel im Angebot. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit aber wenn das Management nicht möchte können die Angestellten nichts dafür.

I had a double room with my boyfriend and my mom had a seperate room with her friend. Our room was definitely not 4 stars as stated. When toilet was flushed it would leak onto to the floor. Ceiling was unfinished just wooden beams and a big hole above where they left it unfinished. From this you could hear the elevator moving up and down and clanging all the time as we were next to the lift and it located in that hole i’ll insert a photo of what i mean by hole. Also because of that the room next door when they used their bathroom we could hear it really clearly as if they were in our room. TV in the room but not working. Mini fridge also included which was working so that was good but in my moms room their mini fridge was warm. Air conditioning in the room was working and was great. In my moms room also when taking a shower the water would go down the drain and rise from another drain in the bathroom located across from the bath and flood the bathroom floor. The bed was a nice big size i would say a queen bed it was comfortable enough since we spent all day walking everyday but no mattress protector or anything under the sheets and we’re given a sheet as a duvet. Also they ask you to leave your key every time u leave the hotel i’m assuming so the room can be cleaned but we stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t cleaned once. Frequently water would turn off also and wouldn’t be able to shower but no explanation given or warning. Breakfast was okay just the basics hard boiled eggs, bread, ham and cheese and some yogurt and cereal selection there was also a coffee machine and orange juice

Good place

This is Definitely not a 4 star Hotel. The facilities are run down. Pool was dirty, full of leaves and un usable. Pool furniture was old and broken. It would have been nice to use pool during 35 degrees summer heat but we couldn't. Room was outdated and airconditioning had no remote to adjust temperature so we had to pull plug out of wall to switch off when going to bed. Mattress was old and dirty. Pillows were unssuportive and only one flat sheet supplied. No daily housekeeping and was told its every two days but it didnt happen even then. Hotel satff said you need to leave keys at reception so housekeeping is done every 2 days. Breakfast was also dissapounting as its not a full breakfast. Very basic cold breakfast some boiled eggs, bread but no toaster, slice of cheese, ham and no fruit.

This is a hostel not a hotel. It bears little resemblance to the pictures shown.

If you want a bed to sleep in, then it is fine, but there are no frills here! No shower curtains, dirty floors, used glasses and rubbish in corridors. Breakfast was very basic, there is no working bar at the moment.

The pool is unsafe and not being appropriately treated. The pool steps are loose, the tiles around the pool are also loose. Algae is growing around the walls, water levels are not topped up, there is plant debris floating and random chlorine tablets chucked in the bottom of the pool.

Saving grace was the taverna across the road, which was excellent. Getting into Athens was difficult, we took a taxi for €25 each way.

Μπραβο στους ιδιοκτητες η υπαλληλους.Καθησαμε ς2 μερες και το μερος ηταν εξαιρετικο αλλα και το ξενοδοχειο.Το πρωινο δεν μου αρεσε αλλα ολα τα αλλα ηταν τελεια και σε καταπλικτικη τιμη.Θα το επισκευτουμε παλι

Very disappointing stay could not even buy a bottle of water. No restaurant as advertised, room dirty and not even a bar of soap in the bathroom.. breakfast was to start at 07.00 by 07.25 we were still waiting..not a 4* and not even 1star..

il primo giorno che siamo arrivati diciamo tutto ok.
quando siamo rientrati il pomeriggio successivo mancavano gli asciugamani e la stanza non era rifatta, piu che altro gli asciugamani e i bagnoschiuma. Sono andato in Reception e dopo varie lamentele sono riuscito a farmi dare due asciugamani per il viso, meno male che i bagnoschiuma li avevo.
Stessa cosa è successo il giorno dopo,niente asciugamani e niente bagnoschiuma, e anche li il signore della reception è riuscito a rimediare ancora con due asciugamani per le mani. il giorno dopo gia dalla mattina mi sono raccomandato che la sera non succedesse di nuovo e cosi è successo.
Non è possibile una cosa del genere.

When I made the booking was because two things in particular, the swimming pool and the gym, when we got there the swimming pool was dirty and the Receptionist said that the owner don't allow people in the gym, which was very weird and annoying.
Also the misleading information, there was no "Daily housekeeping", we arrived on Monday 1 the May 2023 and the cleaning was made on Thursday after a lot of complains they cleaned the room and they justified themselves saying that the person does the cleaning every two days, even so the cleaning of our rooms was made after 4 days!!
Also, they don't have room service, even though they say that they have available everything that it is on the menu, one night I called to ask for hot chocolate and they said that the only thing that they have from the menu was coffee.
The breakfast was very dissapointing, it was coffee and some cereals, with bread, in their website said: "full breakfast". Another misleading information.
At night it was very noisy, they have some kids staying, we asked the reception to tell them not to run or make a lot of noise after 11pm, but at 3am the kids were running and making a lot of noise.
The Hotel is not 4 stars, for me is 1 and that is very generous, is not what is advertise for.
We will never come back to this hotel.

Personnel chaleureux, aux petits soins. Hôtel éloigné de la ville, idéal pour se reposer. Facilité de transports, bus à proximité. Je recommande vivement. Ma fille et moi avons adoré.

The minimum provided and room as requested must say , plus modest breakfast included, and free planking indeed , so I was happy to pay the price.
Just the pool wasn’t ready to use at all and we really hoped to enjoy it unfortunately - maybe because of early spring … otherwise not bad - thanks 🙏

Service was terrible ineffective maintenance. No WiFi in room, no safe, very bad breakfast. Coffee cold. No hot water
