According to Colombian law, only nonresident tourists are eligible for VAT exemption. To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions.
Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015).

Easy to get to from airport via shuttle. Check in was easy and room was beautiful with a hot shower and comfortable beds.
We asked the front desk for a quiet room. The first room was older and quite noisy, so we requested a different one. Another receptionist kindly moved us to a quieter room, which made our stay much more comfortable.

El personal es excelente, la comida muy rica y la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Ya es mi tercera o cuarta vez en el hotel y no dudaría en seguir volviendo. Es un hotel excelente!

La ubicación
Pésima atención del personal de recepción, solo tienen una respuesta a todas sus fallas "Que pena".
No solucionan nada.
El transporte a aeropuerto, solo es un gancho de mercadeo, no importa que estes en el punto de salida 10 min antes de la próxima salida, pueden no prestar el servicio porque el otro hotel de la firma lo ocupo todo el van. Ni tienen capacidad para manejar el flujo de huéspedes, pasó en la ida al hotel como del hotel al.aeropuerto.
Única respuesta "Que pena", sin solución, tome taxi después de haber perdido 25 minutos.

Que mi reserva era para el habitel Select y sin consultarme me realizaron el cambio para el Primer. Esto es incomodo porque, las personas que estamos por diligencias personales y médicas, llevamos nuestro presupuesto cotizado.
Aparte de esto el baño estaba sucio, la papelera estaba con papel higiénico sucio, esto si es desagradable, atendiendo que segun son mas exclusivos en la limpieza.
El restaurante tiene comidas muy deliciosas , en todos los horarios , la atención de las personas que atienden es excelente

Hotel is excellent for a nights stay before or after using the airport, considering its location which is very close to the airport, I slept really well, the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely sheets, the room was spacious The room had an enormous excellent shower.

Obviamente al estar cerca del aeropuerto se escucha un poco el ruidos de los aviones pero en general todo fue perfecto.
