Cons:

Vi 3 habitaciones. Una con la Habitación sucia y el baño asqueroso, la otra con olor a pintura y la tercera daba a la calle y vidrios no insonorizados. El desayuno es regular, se demoraron 30 minutos para traer un huevo que ya estaba listo y solo pedí que lo secaran más

Uno de los inconvenientes que experimenté durante mi estadía fue que no había jabón para la ducha en la habitación. Lamentablemente, me di cuenta de esto cuando ya me estaba duchando y, en ese momento, no tenía forma de contactar al personal del hotel, lo que resultó bastante incómodo.

También me gustaría comentar sobre el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. El sistema de recogida me pareció poco eficiente, ya que primero recogen a los huéspedes del Habitel Select. Si el vehículo alcanza su capacidad máxima, los huéspedes del Habitel Premium deben esperar a que envíen otro transporte o simplemente esperar a que haya disponibilidad. Considero que esto genera una experiencia desigual para los huéspedes.

En mi caso, el transporte del hotel tardó demasiado en llegar, por lo que me vi obligado a tomar un taxi para poder continuar con mis planes. Considero que el proceso de transporte debería revisarse y mejorarse para garantizar un servicio más eficiente, puntual y equitativo para todos los huéspedes.
