According to Colombian law, only nonresident tourists are eligible for VAT exemption. To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions.
Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015).

Location near the aiport and the upgrade from select to prime. Early breakfast was a win.
The blind didnt work, the fridge was noisy, no where to hang towels, the light switches were confusing
The proximity to the airport, the early breakfast, the regularly scheduled shuttle service, the available room service, great shower, quiet atmosphere.

La habitación muy cómoda
Esperé 40 minutos en una fila para hacer el check in ,había demasiada gente para alojarse y el hotel no tiene suficiente personal para trabajar en la recepción solo 2 recepcionistas atendiendo tanta gente ,llegó un bus con casi 60 personas ,no es posible que como huésped toque esperar tanto tiempo para poder ingresar a la habitación

No me dejaron usar la reserva

Las camas comodísimas!
Cogimos la reserva en la app de Booking. Nos ponía expresamente late check out a las 14:00.
Al llegar al hotel, no sabían nada. Decían que a las 12:00. A la persona de recepción (muy amable y receptiva) se lo explicamos, le enseñamos la reserva en el móvil con dicha condición, y nos dijo que sin problema.
Pero si hubo problema. Al día siguiente a las 13:00 quisimos entrar en la habitación y la llave no funcionaba. Al bajar a recepción, nos volvieron a decir que teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 12:00... Y tocó volver a explicar todo. Nos dejaron salir a las 14:00, pero casi perdonándonos la vida.
Por otro lado, la habitación que cogimos (una superior) no sé parecía ni de lejos a las fotos. Era muy grande, pero sin un triste mueble. Desangelada
