Very short stay , convenient specially driving to the airport
Pros:

Clean , but very disappointed with the front desk people , they don’t pick up the phone, have difficulty in contacting them . And I was charged for an additional night, even though booking.com has already processed payment for the full amount. I hope this hotel can investigate and resolve this matter

A FUIR SI VOUS ETES EN VOITURE. Sinon hotel correcte pour les gens à pied .

Belles infrastructures et équipements. Taille de la chambre, belle salle de bains, calme

Cons:

Personnel qui discute très fort et s'interpelle dans les communs comme si ils étaient tout seul. Le manager devrait les inviter à discuter dans une pièce dédiée afin de respecter la clientèle. Ca dégrade un peu l'image de l'hotel, qui d'autre part fait assez "classieux".
Moquettes nid à crasse partout.
Petit déjeuner avec pas mal de variété, mais globalement moyen. Parking payant.

NOTA IMPORTANT :

Rentrés depuis 3 semaines en France je reçois une amende de 95,20 USD (65.20 d'amende + 30 de frais) pour avoir stationné dans l'enceinte de l'hotel pendant 33 mn ( heures spécifiées sur l'amende) le temps de : descendre les bagages, check in à la réception bondée, et monter les bagages dans la chambre !!! Cette amende provient d'une entreprise privée de gestion du parking de l'hotel avec caméras, et ensuite débitée automatiquement par le loueur de voiture. Le parking est payant, je le savais...
Mais tout de même, ne pas avoir le temps de déposer ses bagages je n'avais jamais vu ça, c'est hallucinant. Il faudrait laisser la voiture sur la rue (archi bondée) et marcher avec ses bagages jusque l'hotel (sous la pluie à ce moment). Incroyable !!!

Segunda estancia
Pros:

Es mi segunda estancia en este hotel y es uno de mis favoritos en Miami. El transporte está cerca para moverte por la ciudad sin necesidad de gastar en uber en todo momento. El desayuno bastante variado y las habitaciones muy cómodas.
