Cons:

The breakfast was not something what you could expect of a four star hotel. Hot items were hardly warm, cold meats and cheese slices ran out and no refill appeared.
On the sheets we found quite a few hairs, I am not sure were the bed linens changed after the previous hotel guest.

Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location. You wake up with a view of the square and all the historic buildings. Transportation is excellent. The breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient, and the kitchen staff were very friendly.
