Great Location and accommodation

Our first time staying at the Centar and we will be back. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and very convenient location.

Central location, close to downtown shops and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable stay

What is expected for a airport hotel, nice bar, staff etc, rooms could have been cleaner and our room keys stopped working 3 times in 2 days which was a bit annoying considering always a line to get to reception

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Nettes Personal. Parkplätze im Parkhaus vorhanden. Achtung hinter dem Hotel und nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Gutes Frühstück aber noch etwas ausbaufähig

This is a nice hotel and special thanks go to Ivana, the kind woman who checked me in, and also the lovely older man helping in the breakfast room. I stayed here for three days to visit a friend and it is a very nice hotel. Breakfast is simple with the same offerings each day, but there is a small variety to choose from and it is sparkling clean. My room faced the main street but was quiet with the window closed at night. This hotel is in a great location for accessing the city center with shops, restaurants, taxis, and access to buses nearby. I would recommend.

Hotel is rated as 4-star. In actual fact it may only be rated as a 3 star hotel!
Room provided was spacious. Provided with soiled and old towels. Though staff is helpful, at times it is difficult to communicate with them in English. It was disappointing that on one evening there was no supply of water (hot or cold) in the bathroom as was supply was suspended by the City authorities. I would presume that a hotel would have adequate supply of water even if there were water cuts in the city. The Hotel is situated close to the centre of the city. Breakfast was OK.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Allerdings haben die Gardinen nicht das flackernde Licht von draußen abhalten können, weshalb schlafen eher schwierig war. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit echt nicht gut. Lange Haare hingen im Abfluss und die Duschsachen des vorherigen Nutzers waren noch in der Badewanne. Die Streifen vom „putzen“ konnte man am Fernseher noch erkennen.
Das Frühstück und den Abholservice mochte ich aber sehr gerne.

Very nice family friendly hotel which is centrally located. Had a nice view (though from far) of the main square of Novi Sad which is very atmospheric. Has parking which is accessed thru a slightly challenging lift. Breakfast was average. Rooms were huge. Try to ask for a room with a view of the square. Overall a very nice place.

I had a nice, large comfortable room. However, my room faced southwest so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times as the room got very warm from the direct sun. I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away.

You are just minutes away from all the action at this hotel. Very helpful front desk staff, rooms nice, breakfast good. Only issue is the to get to the entrance to the parking garage you have to go a mile or so on small roads (and Google Maps gets very confused) and then you drive into an elevator and must navigate small spaces to park; I understand they have another parking option.

Garage is a horror, with an elevator for cars, the elevator and the garage is very tight...the elevator doors hit my car, because i needed time to leave the elevator because it is so tiny

Good place to stay overall. 3 main problems:
1. Smokey lobby and common area, should improve cleaning and ventilation
2. No replacement of coffee cups, coffee bags and minibar
3. Bed cover is smaller than the bed. When sleeping 2 persons it gets short

街の中心部にあるので何をするにもとても便利。ショッピングも食事も観光も楽しめます。しかも静かでした。
スタッフも感じが良く、部屋も広々していて寛げました。

Fantastic rooms, furnished with style, small hotel with a very awkward and tiny car park, BUT the service was excellent, especially the guys doing the breakfast, nothing was too much to ask of them - I joked that I was used to having a meat pie every morning back in Australia, next morning they brought their chef out so I could explain what a meat pie was and he would make it for me. FANTASTIC - Serbian hospitality.

Rada & Milan stayed at the hotel in October for 3 days, on level 3. They were impressed with the service and the staff who were very polite and helpful, especially with one of the waiters (Boldy) Mr Nenad - Neso who gave us all the information where to go and what to visit. We are planning to go next year and will be staying again at this lovely hotel. The apartment was great with lovely views. Really happy with our choice and met some lovely local people. Highly recommend this great hotel.
