酒店比較舊，很多地方需要更換，例如洗手盤很多裂紋，令人感覺不衛生，另外，洗澡時發現熱水要放水很久很久才有，水量太細。酒店可能需要考慮全面翻新。

客房的溫泉面對山景很舒服
Pros:

這次是來幫太太慶生，飯店也準備了一個小蛋糕送給我們，很感謝。不過有些小地方可以調整，整體感受會更加分。例如房間溫泉水流很慢，要等一下；一樓泡完湯的休息區，粉紅沙發布明顯褪色，建議更新。泳池旁有櫻花樹，明年春天可以再來一次！

房間清潔程度很差 前面已經說過 訂的房間雙人床是兩個單床拼起來的 中間有縫隙感覺不舒服 早餐7-10 9點去吃時 餐盤幾乎都空的 在房間時還接到電話問我們是不是櫃檯 感覺服務有點掉漆

Need better maintenance and quality control, price was good.
First room both air conditioning and safety locker does not work after reporting they quickly gave me another room, the second room's safety was still not working. The public bath is old.

位置就在紅5公車站對面，十分方便

雖然酒店大堂有一陣溫泉水既氣味，不太討好，但氣味都來自天然溫泉的山水，因此也不太介意。
房間內並無異味，有一點殘舊，但不影響入住體驗。

早餐不錯（有分中式及西式兩種，有一天是全自助），不過餐飲選擇少。
