立地が素晴らしいのに、チェックインタッチパネル機器のせいで台無し
Pros:

立地は抜群。別府駅前の繁華街での食事予定だったので徒歩で出かけられて、帰りにコンビニに寄って帰ってこられる。部屋はカードキーで2枚もらえるのでその点もスムーズ。

Cons:

チェックイン、チェックアウトともにタッチパネルの機械。横にスタッフがいて分かりづらい操作の案内をしてくれるが、煩わしい。タッチパネルのUIが使いやすければ問題ないんだろうが、これまでに使ったもので味わったことがないくらい、分かりづらいものだった。日本人でこれだと外国人はもっと大変だと思う。スタッフが採用した機械ではないだろうから、横で說明するスタッフも可哀想。この投稿をオーナーさんが見ていたら、ぜひタッチパネルのメーカーを見直していただければと思う。客もスタッフもだれも得してない。管理者の怠慢でしか無いと思う。人が受付してくれてたほうがよっぽど早く、気分も良かったと思う。ホテルに入ってすぐのこのせいで、気分が悪いところから始まった。

交通極方便服務高水準整潔之溫泉商務旅館
Pros:

1.泡湯pH7.0時間長，1樓有露天，泉質及溫度均佳。2.2樓櫃台會協助自助入住，輸入預約編號即可，退房自助迅速。3.因由布院列車不通，臨時改訂別府駅前豪華雙床房，十分便利及滿意。

Pros:

駅前立地、温泉大浴場付き、駐車場無料、ビジネスホテル並みの料金が嬉しい。

Cons:

遅いチェックインでアメニティコーナーの浴衣の帯がなくなっていた。
女湯の入り口のバスコードが開けにくかった。デジタルやカードキー等にして欲しい。

Pros:

La posizione è perfetta proprio davanti alla stazione, e il "sentō" all'interno dell'hotel è molto essenziale ma ci sta.

Cons:

La televisione ed il telecomando sono stati l'unica pecca di questo hotel. Il telecomando non funziona bene ea televisione era messa in una posizione molto scomoda, ne dritta ne storta.
