Hotel is very friendly, room was cleaned every day, food was very good, everybady will find something for themselves. Clive to Chania and many beautiful beaches on Creta: Elafonisi and Balos and others. Great base for trips. I recommed

Cosy atmosphere in a small family run hotel with nice clean room and home cooked dishes for breakfast and dinner. Nice beaches in gulfs wih beautiful sand and water perfect to swim at a walking distance from hotel. Bus station for Chania which comes every 15 min is at the corner . Definitely we want to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone who looks to spend some nice quiet and relaxing days in beautiful Greece.

Valde detta boende pågrund av det nära gång avståndet till stranden. När vi checkade in får vi förklarat för oss att vi kommer få ett rum på ett annat hotell i närheten då en annan familj valt att stanna längre än väntat.

Läget var fortfarande bra och vi fick tillgång till hotellets frukost/pool. Dock var det inte samma standard på det nya hotellet och med en AC som ej fungerade helt.


Vi kommer inte att boka detta hotell igen om vi återvänder till Chania.

We choose the Elotia hotel for the second time and for the second time we had a great time during our vacation.The room was cleaned every day, the bed is large and comfortable. This is a family hotel and we really appreciate the way the owners are doing their business . The food was home prepared, fresh and tasty. The beaches are within walking distance. Excellent!

Quiet. Cosy. Sentral hotel. Close the sea, 150 meters, close to Chania. Exelent staff. Absolutely recomended for a peaceful vacation. For singels, familys, all kinds of customers. This is a place I will come back to, again and again. This Os not the last time I will go there.

Really enjoyed my stay here, room was great, breakfast was great, plenty of options, evening meal the same. Manos was very friendly & helpful. The area is excellent if you like the beach. I rarely go back to the same place twice, but here is a place I really want to visit again.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 week holiday at this friendly and relaxing hotel. It's near to several beaches and amenities with the centre and other areas only a short bus trip away. This was my first holiday as a vegan and the meals were consistently very tasty, homemade and varied. Manos and his team really looked after us and we couldn't have asked for better. Thankyou and hope to enjoy your hospitality again 😁

We are rested with my son in this hotel in the period 06.9-18.2024. It is were very satisfied. The hotel is located in a very convenient and cozy place - we had to walk to the beach in 5 minutes (the child is 5 years old), to Lidla approx. 15 minutes, 80 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop to the center of Hani (bus every 15 minutes). In addition, a little further, within a 20-minute walk, there are several other very beautiful beaches. A family-type hotel, from the very beginning I paid attention to the openness and sincerity of the staff and the director. Very clean! and in the rooms, and in the kitchen and on the territory! The rooms are cleaned daily, and quality cleaning, in 9 days we changed our linen 3 times and towels 5 times. Each room has a kettle, cups and glasses, a refrigerator, a TV and air conditioning, a hairdryer, I really liked that there is a clothes dryer, very convenient!!! Clean comfortable mattresses. The food is tasty and of high quality.
Among the shortcomings, I can name only a small bathroom with old repairs, the absence of a bathtub. But despite looking very clean, there is not even a hint of mold or anything.
Really recommend the hotel for a holiday.

The hotel location is good. A 2 minute walk to the beach. The bus to Chania is nearby. Lots of good restaurants a stroll away. Hotel is basic, more like serviced rooms than relaxing - the pool is tiny with only 4 loungers. Most staff fine except for the man who was on reception in the morning, who was abrupt & discourteous.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking garden and the sea, staff are friendly and helpful. All staff were fantastic,always on top form and smiling.
Food was brilliant, always a good selection, something there for everyone.

The hotel is very clean, and my room was turned over daily, with new towels, soap, toilet paper etc. whenever needed.
The pool area was kept very clean and was also maintained daily which was great.

Nice and small hotel in a great location near Chania. Four beaches are within walking distance from Elotia Hotel (5-10 minutes walk), and these are probably the best beaches in the area. Accommodation in Elotia was ok, food was also good and tasty. Although breakfast is pretty much the same every morning, there is enough different food to choose from and combine. The dinners were excellent. Different and varied choices every day. The hosts were polite and responsive and in general, I would recommend and visit this hotel again if planning a vacation on Crete.

I have stayed at this charming hotel several times and love it. Beautiful location, small, run by a lovely family who look after guests extremely well and deal with any issues very promptly. Unpretentious, very relaxed, very clean and comfortable. Great selection of food on the breakfast and dinner buffets

Extremely clean hotel. Food is excellent. Management is friendly and always ready to help.
We were there from June 27 - July 7,2022.
Weather was fantastic. There is no need for A/C over the night due to temperature dipping below 25. Three beaches close by.
Town of Chania is 4km away from hotel and it can be reached by bus or Taxi.
Excellent vacation.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Elotia in June.
The hotel is located in a central area, close to the park of Agioi Apostoloi, 5 minutes from four beaches and 10 minutes from Anemouss beach.
2 minutes from the hotel is the bus station that connects in 15 minutes to the center of Chania (hourly)
Hotel Elotia is very clean, interestingly decorated, has everything you could want in the warm season and has a very friendly staff.
Before booking we had several conversations on the messenger with the owner, Mr. Manolis who is very helpful and responded very promptly - he offered us a room with a sea view.
The pool is clean and well maintained, the yard is beautifully arranged and well maintained, there are also beach umbrellas to take to the beach.
He also helped us with recommendations from the area and guided us to the shops in the area, the attractions of the island, and if necessary he can help you with car rental.
The rooms are clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, large balcony with practical furniture, tumble dryer, wi-fi going.
Cleaning is performed regularly. There is everything you need in one room: refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning.
Meals are served on the upstairs terrace, tasty Swedish buffet with only a few dining options.
Thanks to the owners Manolis and Elena for their attention. We had a wonderful holiday in Crete and we felt at home. Thank you very much for your hospitality and attention. We will definitely be back !!!

The Hotel is not as depicted as in the photo's, not good value for the money that you pay, do not judge by photos, buffet breakfast is poor, and the rooms are old, friends paid way less and got so much more at another hotel.

Vi havde valgt Elotia pga beliggenhed i forhold til de dejlige strande et stenkast fra hotellet. Morgenmaden overraskede med at være god og varieret. Venligt personale.

We had a very good time. The hotel very nice and the owners helpful for everything. The place is very close to the beaches and restaurants and the city of Chania. The room very nice and spacious, exept the bathroom that was a small one. Anyway dhe overall experience was great
