Hotel wears a worn out look. Lights dont work (bulbs). Dark rooms. Plug points dont work. Beds aren't comfortable, they are old and worn. Showers and hand showers not working. Smoking rooms dont hv exhaust facility. Hotel has changed tariff so must their upkeep get better. It looks worn out. Bfast must be included. Check in policy must become 10 am. Noon is too late. Most flights are early into blore and so they must follow guest coming in timing. Infexibility isn't working. I have been staying with them literally every month for 4 to 5 days theu last 1 year

Good enough for the purpose for which i went. It was close VFS Canada visa centre

During my stay in the hotel was okay. Quiet, clean, The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops and eating places.
The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The set back
Need buckets in the bathroom.
