Pros:

Der Service ist außergewöhnlich gut gewesen, im. Sommer sicherlich eine top Empfehlung auf Grund des Ppols und der ruhigen Lage. Nur rund 3 Minuten in die Innenstadt zu Fuß!

La struttura è datata, la stanza piccola e dotata solo di luci sui comodini. Il peggio è stato il bagno: praticamente il water è nella doccia.

Good experience overall, but I'd recommend having breakfast elsewhere and enjoying Volterra!
Pros:

Facilities are very good, hotel is gigantic. Room is comfortable, spacious, beds are very comfortable, bedding is premium and pillows are great.
Some rooms have an incredible view, some rooms have a less premium view.
Bathroom is spacious, could have better lighting (but this is common in Italy, not a problem for the hotel to solve I'd say. They have a strong light in the mirror!), shower is awesome.
Reception desk was kind and attentive, both on check-in and check-out.
They have a lot of souvenirs, wine options, etc. Good for some purchases!
Great location, if you're in a car you can park right across the hotel and walk to the center of Volterra. I would've stayed a few more nights, if given the option.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but not great. The staff sounded, looked, and acted irritated. Breakfast was from something like... 7:30 to 9:30. We arrived at 9:00, left before 9:30.
(That's to say: we did not arrive in the last 5 minutes and overstayed the allotted time)
Made us feel a bit unwelcome, which was jarring with the rest of the experience.
Food was good.

Buona la posizione e la vista sulla valle (ma è soprattutto fortuna e non un pregio conquistato con il lavoro), così come la colazione.

Cons:

Nella presentazione della struttura era indicata la possibilità del parcheggio, per questa ragione - al momento della prenotazione - avevo chiesto un posto per l'auto. La risposta era stata positiva e questo mi aveva tranquillizzato. Peccato, però, che già due giorni prima del mio arrivo, chiedendo un'ulteriore conferma, mi era stato detto che vi era soltanto un parcheggio libero e che era impossibile riservare alcun posto. Al mio arrivo, avevo fatto notare che - forse - sarebbe stato meglio non indicare il servizio del parcheggio (così che i clienti avrebbero potuto organizzarsi in maniera diversa). In tutta risposta, la responsabile della reception ha avuto un atteggiamento arrogante e assolutamente poco professionale, accusandomi in pratica di lamentarmi e riversando tutte le responsabilità su Booking. Ho lasciato correre ma, a questo, si aggiunga l'incomprensibile funzionamento dell'interruttore dell'abat-jour il qualche, al momento dello spegnimento, disattiva anche la presa elettrica vicino al comodino. Infine il bagno, dove - in pratica - il lavandino è quasi inserito nel box doccia, il quale non ha un piatto degno di questo nome. Insomma, al momento della doccia l'acqua (mai più che tiepida) riempie buona parte del bagno stesso. Peccato, visionando le foto avevo grandi aspettative che sono, invece, state profondamente deluse.

I haven’t stayed in other hotels in this city, but if I came here again, I would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, just slightly outside the center, and the view from the window was incredible, overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hills were most beautiful at sunset. The staff were very friendly. Since it is a family-run hotel business, the atmosphere is very warm and cozy. The hotel itself also has interesting paintings and a unique history.

Volterra a tus pies
Pros:

Ubicación cerca del pueblo andando. Tiene parking propio y al lado del hotel hay otro público.
Atención del propietario educada y servicial.
Baño amplio.

Cons:

Desayuno justo y básico. Lo mejor fue el bizcocho casero y los croissants de panadería.
Le faltaría algo de actualización pero por el precio es correcto.

Pros:

Posizione panoramica, parcheggio comodo accanto all' hotel, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Volterra ZTL.
Stanza quadrupla grande e pulita. Disponibilità del personale buona.
C'è un bel prato e una piscina nel cortile interno.
È un posto adatto a chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal traffico.
Cucina buona.

Antiguo alojamiento cerca del centro.
Pros:

Alojamiento que tiene esencia de los antiguos. Habitación amplia.
Parking cercano.
A unos 10-15 min del centro.

Cons:

La cama y la almohada no eran cómodas.
Pasamos algo de frío en la noche.
El desayuno muy mal, apenas variedad, cosas que se habían terminado no las repusieron. Tenías que subir a la recepción para que la chica te sirviera el café y pedir leche que tampoco habían dejado. Esto deberían mejorarlo

Pros:

Che il Personale era molto gentile e educato e il luogo si mostrava curato e tenuto in ottimo stato in ogni suo dettaglio. Mi è piaciuto molto l’arredamento e la posizione eccellente rispetto al centro città.

Camera buia e decisamente basica anche negli arredi, comunque pulita, colazione molto deludente, senza un tostapane, buffet mezzo vuoto alle 8.45…
