Obwohl 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht und bestätigt waren, wusste die Rezeption nur von 2 Erwachsenen. Sehr gut wurde reagiert und das passende Zimmer übergeben. Super.. die Fehlbuchung kreide ich der Buchungsplattform Expedia an.

Only thing was it was unusally hot while we were there and there is no A/C in the rooms. Luckily it cooled down at night so it was bearable

Great service in a majestic setting
Pros:

Lovely mountain lodge - beautiful setting. Breakfast included and could order dinner. Bar was available. We were there for Formula 1 Grand Prix - the room rate was a bit high.

Pros:

Beautiful surroundings in the Ramsau valley! Good for families with spacious rooms, play area both indoor and outdoor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but otherwise very disappointed with the restaurant.

Die Landschaft und Berge sind herrlich, zum Wandern ideal. Im Hotel ausreichendes Buffet in der Fruh, sollte aber schon um 7h moeglich sein, nicht erst um 7.30. Zimmer einfach aber freundlich, Wc nicht einwandfrei.
