飯店有自己的停車場就很方便，在櫃台處有活動，在google給5星評價送小飲料，櫃台的小姐和早餐廳的服務人員很親切，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，整個住房體驗都不錯，但給飯店一點小建議：
1.房間使用的紙拖鞋底部沒有防滑效果，因為房內是木質地板，這樣挺危險的
2.牙刷容易掉毛，不小心容易卡喉嚨
3.早餐內容物可以再加個優格，以及素食的放置位置不適合與葷食放一起，容易造成夾子共用。
4.早餐的咖啡是已經泡好放置在保溫區，給人感覺不是很優質，建議放置一台咖啡機，比較符合飯店的高級感。

Pros:

睽違好久，這次因出差的關係再次入住。看得出來有點年紀但還是維持得很乾淨舒適。工作人員都很客氣有禮，詢問問題也都會有耐心仔細地解說。房間在17樓，視野真是好，對面就是羅東運動公園，綠油油的一片。早餐算豐盛，值得再來。

有停車場很方便，房間蠻大很乾淨，早餐很豐盛好吃，每房送報紙、牛舌餅、金棗蜜餞。離羅東夜市走路約15分鐘。唯一缺點是浴室乾濕分離做的不好，洗完澡地上全濕了。

首先感謝服務人員很親切的告訴幫我們升等，這次比較不滿意的是1805房，洗澡的冷水太小，熱水比較大，以為是當天比較多人入住，才會造成冷水太小，結果隔天早上還是此情形，可以肯定是管線問題，要調到可以洗澡的溫度太難調了，如能改進管線問題，那就太好了！
