Wonderful vacation hotel in Crete island!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach side, great for walks and with several local restaurants on the sea. The hotel offer a great quality/cost ratio, allowing a cheap stay in a wonderful area. Relatively close to the more expensive Kissamos area, and to several natural tourist attractions. Great breakfast served each morning with tables in the garden and pool side. Wonderful pools, including one for adults and one for kids. The hotel staff was very useful, including to help up with a car issue.

Cons:

The hotel facilities need some renovation (such as in the restroom, balcony). The WiFi signal was inadequate to reach the room.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione per raggiungere la laguna di Balos. Buona e varia la colazione.

Cons:

Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza 424 solo per una notte in quanto eravamo solo di passaggio. Siamo inizialmente rimasti colpiti positivamente dalle dimensioni della stanza (soppalco con 2 letti singoli, oltre a un ampio letto matrimoniale), della presenza del frigorifero, dell'asciugacapelli e condizionatore, di avere la piscina a disposizione (anche se non straordinariamente pulita).
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato grandi punti critici:
1. Il wc difettoso (per tirare lo sciacquone era necessario alzare manualmente il coperchio del sifone)
2. Condizionatore che perdeva acqua (mi spiego meglio: il condizionatore è situato in alto sopra le scale in legno del soppalco; sotto le scale del soppalco si trova il letto matrimoniale. Con il condizionatore in funzione sgocciola acqua dal condizionatore sulle scale e sul letto matrimoniale, direttamente in testa e sul cuscino di chi ci dorme). Abbiamo provato a rimediare mettendo degli asciugamani sulle scale ma è stato parecchio spiacevole.

Lovely family run accommodation
Pros:

The property has 2 lovely pools, restaurants within walking distance and the beach a 10 minute walk and is lovely quiet and clean. Large balcony and a hairdryer is provided. The apartment and surrounding areas are very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little outdated and needs attention. The fridge was old and not working at 100%.
The breakfast is limited choice but plenty of it.
Could do with a toaster.

Net buiten de hard core toeristen stranden. Mooie uitvallen voor uitstapjes. Lekker zwembad voor na terugkomst. Schoon hotel.

Wat kale aankleding. Weinig reuring in directe ook omgeving.

Experience not to be repeated
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and clean;

Outside areas are pleasant;

Cons:

We booked two rooms with a private bathroom and for the first two nights we were put in the same space with just one bathroom. They said the hotel was full and they didn't have the rooms we booked. I've traveled a lot and I've never been through a situation like this;

Meals are very poor, with no variety at all;

Very bad food quality;

Snacks and drinks are very limited and most drinks are paid for, such as gins and vodka;

The beaches around the hotel are of poor quality when compared to the best on the island;
