Akrogiali Hotel

Rommet var greit. Harde madrasser, bitteliten dusj, men rent og fint. Det ble servert frokost med egg, yoghurt, paier, pålegg og syltetøy. Vertskapet var hyggelige. Det var ingen servering, bortsett fra frokost, så vi spiste middag på et hotell i nærheten. Vi trivdes godt på hotellet.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, small, family run hotel by the sea, on Tinos. The room was basic but had everything we needed; air conditioning, WiFi, a fridge and own bathroom. Right outside was a small terrace with lounge furniture where we could sit and enjoy the breeze and sea views. The beach wasn’t too far away, and although not private, you could rent lounge chairs/parasol for 15 euros per couple. The free breakfast was good with much to choose from, both hot and cold, and a lovely view to enjoy while sitting outside in the eating area.
We ate a delicious meal right down at the beach at a restaurant very nearby. One of a few in the area. It is quiet, not lively and there is just the beach and restaurant/bar around. This is what we wanted.
Leonidas was very nice and friendly and provided us with a ride into the center of Tinos to catch our ferry.
We would gladly stay at this out of the way and tranquil hotel again.

The room was clean. The shower was too small, claustrophobic (you couldnt bend and was difficult to wash your back. The beds werent confortable. We expected much better services at this price.

A quaint and comfortable hotel close to the sea - and the property is beautiful! We enjoyed our clean, comfortable, and cozy room. It was off the beaten path, but we had everything we needed there. The hotel owners and staff were so hospitable and we enjoyed getting to know them!

Πάρα πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Το αρνητικό είναι ότι η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν σε πολύ στενό σημείο μέσα στο μπάνιο.
Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε στο πρωινό αυγά με άλλο τρόπο μαγειρεμένα εκτός από βραστά όπως ομελέτα ή αυγά μάτια και σφολιατοειδη όπως κρουασάν βουτύρου και σοκολάτας.

Albergo situato proprio vicino alla spiaggia, una parte privata e una libera. Le camere sono da rimodernare, almeno i materassi, che sono stra rigidi e i cuscini anche. Reception inesistente alla sera. Direi che per il prezzo ci si può aspettare di più. Ho chiesto se era possibile lavare 3 asciugamani (personali) e mi è stato risposto di no.
Colazione ok, ma sempre uguale.

Καθαρό και αξιοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο. Σχετικά παλιές εγκαταστάσεις. Πολύ καλή θέα, δίπλα από την θάλασσα αλλά δύσκολα προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο.

although not much English was spoken by the staff, they worked it out to be really friendly. The hotel was quite basic, needing some refurbishment, in particular in the bathroom.

Rent och fint. Hotellets ägare helt underbara. De berättade gärna om området och tipsade om vårt män skulle åka och se. Liten by inte mycket att göra på kvällen. Men bra om man vill koppla av och gå promenader. Allt var helt ok

Siamo arrivati al porto di Tinos con il timore di non sapere come giungere all' hotel prescelto, ma con immensa sorpresa e stupore è stato molto appagante vedere che il signor Leonidas, proprietario dell' hotel, era li ad aspettarci per condurci a destinazione.
Inutile dire che abbiamo da subito avvertito la forte e piacevole sensazione di ospitalità che ci veniva offerta.
Ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la durata della vacanza da questa speciale famiglia che ci ha fatto sentire in "famiglia".
La stanza era molto accogliente, ricca di tutti i confort necessari, colorata e pulita con veranda esterna munita di tavolo e sedie per poter essere più comodi, avvolti dalla natura e dai colori che circondavano l' hotel.
L' albergo era situato a pochi metri dal mare, con la disponibilità di accedere a piedi a bar/ristorante, mini market e fermata dell' autobus per poter arrivare in pochi minuti al centro città distante solo alcuni chilometri.
E' importante sapere che è possibile noleggiare un' auto presso l'hotel.
Possiamo serenamente consigliare a chiunque di trascorrere qui le proprie vacanze.

Amazing holidays in a traditional cycladic hotel near the beach, just 30 meters away.

Hotellet ligger nära ganska fin strand ( dock inte strandläge). Området är mycket stillsamt; någon enstaka taverna och inget mer. Bil krävs om man vill förflytta sig från området

The lack of air conditioning makes it difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot Greek Summer.

It was ok, nothing special, room was clean, but far away from town where I wanted to be. I wanted to change my reservation and the owners said no go, as I had already paid....

Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und den Angestellten. Zu beachten ist, dass man von hier aus ohne Auto/Motorrad nicht weit kommt. Während der Nebensaison sind - ausser zwei Mini-Markets, die zu Fuss erreichbar sind - alle Läden und Restaurants geschlossen. Dafür sind alle Strände menschenleer und absolut sehenswert im April.

Straight forward and relaxed hotel. The room was clean and the location was perfect to adventure around the island during the day and spend an evening in town - 15 mins drive from the port. The beach was walking distant and not over populated which was great. The only challenge was finding the hotel - we suggest that you ask for the Greek spelling of the hotel and locate the hotel on google maps. Overall, clean, helpful service and close to the sea for a morning dip.
