Está muy bien ubicado, es amplio, la comida es espectacular y personal muy agradable
Quizás puedan considerar 3 cosas:
1. Frigo bar cargado: necesitas líquidos!
2. Algun lugar como business center para tener alguna reunión o call
3. Sistema de room service mas moderno. Aún se debe llamar vía operadora.
We stayed at the Pullman in San Isidro at the start and the end of our time in Peru. The hotel was very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff very friendly. But what made our stay extra special was that during our 2nd stay it was my birthday and the hotel surprised me with cake and even sang happy birthday to me! Thank you so much to the restaurant manager, Gabriel and to hostess, Angellina, your kindness and lovely gesture made my day! Also a shout out to Richard in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us and our group. These little extra, personal touches really help to make a hotel stay more memorable!
Excelente hotel, siempre lo uso en mis viajes a Lima. Tuve problemas de demora para entregar mi habitación, pero lo solucionaron y me dieron un upgrade, Muy linda suite.
La habitación excelente, más para estar con la pareja que solo.. pero el baño olia a cañerías..
The breakfast was lovely with lots of options and the Easter breakfast was especially delightful with all the special decorations, deserts and treats .
The towels in bathroom were large and fluffy ( fabulous)
The bed was amazing
Iron and kettle readily available
Staff were super helpful and friendly
The Tv could have had some Netflix available or any English speaking channels so that I could watch a movie - even subtitles would help

Casi todo el personal fue muy atento, un poco menos el personal de recepción y control de ingreso de desayuno, que en nuestro caso estaba incluido y nos decía que no. Eso fue desagradable

taking too long to check in, during booking until during check in too many time credit card guarantee.. should be one time guarantee enough through booking.com or other online platform, it is not like we can't pay or will destruct the room.
We have been travelling for 4 weeks and this is the best hotel and best breakfast and service we have had of all our destinations in South America so far. We ended needing extra support for medication and the staff were very willing to help.
Great staff Alexia, Jrving, Rodri. ( spelling?) we are back in a week and very happy to be.
Staff are excellent and the breakfast amazing, Pullman hotels are the best in the world, also there attention to detail was very good
