Kid friendly, great food but rooms in need of a bit of an upgrade to improve comfort
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and love children. There is a great selection of food. The water slides and pools were great.

Cons:

The rooms are in need of an upgrade. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The children’s play area needs an upgrade with equipment broken.

Un personnel professionnel et réactif / conditions d’hébergement et de tranquillité à améliorer

Accueil chaleureux et personnel aimable
Personnel du restaurant très gentil et attentionné
Bonne ambiance générale dans l’hôtel
Réactivité du personnel et des techniciens (intervention rapide lors du blocage de l’ascenseur et pour aider mon enfant coincé aux toilettes du rez-de-chaussée)

Cons:

Chambres étroites et confort limité (absence de moquette)
Demande de chambres adjacentes non respectée (chambres seulement en face)
Chambre triple non conforme (banquette au lieu d’un vrai lit pour le troisième enfant, placée face au climatiseur ce qui lui a causé un certain inconfort)
Présence de travaux pendant le séjour (23–26 mars) avec bruits fréquents et gênants (perceuse, marteau) dès le matin, empêchant le repos et affectant la qualité des vacances.
