Pros:

L’hôtel est moyen et le confort ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Malgré une réservation en pension complète, l’eau et les snacks n’étaient pas inclus, et il fallait payer des suppléments. À chaque demande, on me répondait que cela était dû au fait que j’avais réservé via Booking. Cette politique est décevante et manque de transparence.

Overall, it was an average stay. We appreciate the improvements in the food and the friendly service, and hope the hotel
Pros:

This wasn’t our first stay at the hotel, and we noticed some improvements compared to our previous visits. The food variety has improved, with a better selection of salads, main dishes, fruits, and breakfast options. The air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.

The staff were very welcoming, especially at reception and in the restaurant, which made our stay more pleasant.

The cleanliness was average and acceptable, but there is still room for improvement.

Cons:

the furniture is quite old and needs renovation. We were also disappointed that the room did not have a kettle, tea, or coffee, which are standard amenities in many hotels.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le personnel de la Reception à l’entrée, et au niveau de la restauration ont été très gentils et a l’écoute tout le long de notre séjour.
l’animation au top, un bravo particulier au prof de sport, max et a Michel .
le spa, un pur moment de détente à retenir, je remercie particulièrement hasna la masseuse aux mains d’or.
Les Piscine propres et agréables.
Seul point négatif a améliorer, reste la restauration, mise à part le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner n’était pas goûteux pour ne pas dire pas bon et ce malgré la diversité.

Sadly, our stay wasn’t fully enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was okay.

Cons:

The internet was terrible during our entire 5-day stay. Even my 5G connection barely worked. The elevator was often out of service, and when we first checked in, there was no electricity.

The hotel also had a strong unpleasant smell. Instead of feeling fresh and clean.
The most shocking moment happened when we were walking to dinner. Just seconds after we passed through the lobby, part of the ceiling fell behind us. It could have seriously injured someone, or even worse. We were very lucky.

The beach was another disappointment. The sea and the hotel's beach area were quite dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned, while the beach next to the neighboring hotel was clean.

Le personnel était génial, tout sourire, aux petits soins, la gentillesse…
La nourriture était excellente, très variée.

Cons:

Un des deux ascenseurs est tombé en panne à deux reprises alors que l’hôtel était complet. On peut imaginer le temps d’attente quand ça s’est arrivé.

Ottimo ma necessita di manutenzione
Pros:

Colazione e cena erano ottime. Pietanze Internazionali e tunisine con tanto assortimento. Animazione ottima.

Cons:

Albergo datato che ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Per andare al mare bisogna attraversare la strada.
La piscina interna non era molto calda.
Climatizzatore vecchio e rumoroso.

Good value for money, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Liked the view from our bedroom, pools nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

Food not great quality and very repetitive, not hot either, sunbeds need replacing and furniture in dining room area inside and out very tired ! Drinks poor quality as well.
