Attenzione ai camerieri dell’hotel che incontrare per la città
Pros:

Personale fantastico, la reception specialmente davvero gentili e disponibili. Servizio spiaggia, spa e piscina davvero top per non parlare della colazione super. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con i taxi (fate molta attenzione perché è una mafia) ma lo staff ci ha trovato un transfer sicuro per arrivare all’aereoporto. Quando abbiamo fatto il check out ci hanno comunque fatto stare in piscina e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli tutto il giorno

Cons:

Della struttura le camere potrebbero essere valorizzate di più specialmente i bagni. Dovrebbe esserci più controllo sul personale, noi siamo stati accalappiati da uno dei camerieri alla Medina che riconoscendoci ci ha agganciato dicendo appunto che era dello staff e poi ci ha trascinato in maniera brusca, quasi da paura dentro le vie della Medina per portarci ad un negozio dei suoi parenti obbligandoci a compare perché ci siamo sentiti aggrediti e minacciati. Quindi se vi ferma qualcuno dello staff in giro per la città scappate subito. La stessa cosa è successa ad altri italiani dell’albergo.

Close to the beach

Cons:

We couldn't choose the room view while booking so we had a room with the parking view.
Shower sink was stuck, we had a shower and the bathroom was transformed into a pool. Water was overflowing everywhere. We called the reception to fix it and after 1h no one came so we just left.
Brrakfast restaurant was very crowded and only few choices.

Cons:

Likte ikke maten på hotellet.Den var smakløs.
Appelsinjuicen er ikke ekte ,men mye utblandet med sukker og farge.

N’y allez pas à cet hôtel

La piscine couverte

Cons:

Le personnel, bien qu’aimable en apparence, m’a relégué d’un bungalow à une simple chambre. J’ai dû me battre pour récupérer le bungalow que j’avais réservé. Dans le premier bungalow, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ; j’ai donc dû en changer pour un second, où c’est le coffre-fort qui était en panne. En prime, du bruit jusqu’à 2 heures du matin le dernier jour, avec des gens qui s’agitaient dans la piscine des bungalows.

Pour couronner le tout, ils ont subtilisé 100 euros dans le sac de ma femme, qu’elle avait laissé dans la chambre. Contrairement aux hôtels voisins, aucune activité n’est proposée sur la plage privée. Le prix du taxi pour l’aéroport est doublé. Le comportement de certains serveurs (une minorité) est lamentable. Je préfère m’arrêter là.

Verdict : n’allez pas dans cet hôtel.

Nice stay
Pros:

We stayed at Tulip President Hotel and overall had a very good experience. The facility offers many activities and has two nice swimming pools, which made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. The buffet was varied, with plenty of choices, and everything was well organized.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we faced a problem with some of the stuff, but the guest manager handled it professionally and made sure we were fully satisfied. All the issues were solved and with great care.

A big thank you to Mr. Mukhtar, the guest manager, for his attention, professionalism, and for making sure we had a pleasant stay. His support and kindness were truly appreciated.

Excellent séjour, hôtel chaleureux et service irréprochable.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel était très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Les repas étaient variés et délicieux, et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel était très agréable et reposante. La piscine et les espaces communs étaient également très bien entretenus. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
