Pros:

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble. Ce qui est particulièrement remarquable, c’est que tout le personnel, sans exception, est au sommet en termes de courtoisie et de professionnalisme. Le restaurant est également varié et délicieux.

Cons:

Le point que je considère comme négatif dans cet hôtel est le bruit du climatiseur, d’autant plus qu’il est aussi utilisé pour le chauffage. Comme j’ai passé mon séjour pendant des jours froids, il était impossible de l’éteindre, et il était difficile de dormir confortablement à cause du bruit.

Le seul point positif de l' hôtel, c'est la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Tout est médiocre , le bouffe est nulle zero effort , pas de goût pas de variétés et tout rentre et sort dans le frigo pendant des jours.
Des travaux dans l'hôtel toute la journée et la propreté dans les chambres à revoir.
Le chauffage qui fait du bruit assourdissant soit tu mets le chauffage et tu dors pas ou bien tu l'éteins est débrouille toi pour dormir dans le froid

Très agréable Hôtel avec parking securisé . Très propre. nous avons été heureux de participer à une soirée avec de la musique et un espace détente pour toute la famille.
À noter que le personnel a été très sympathique et souriant.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre (15mn en voiture).

Two fabulous nights at the Golden Tulip Président.
Pros:

The Golden Tulip Président was an exceptional Hotel and provided my wife and I with a great stay that left us utterly relaxed, lifted our exhaustion and eased our mood. Ever since arriving the front gate operator was fun and welcoming, the front desk lady made everything easy for us and helped us relax after long travels with a delicious cup of peppermint tea made from heaven. We even had an interaction with the executive director of the hotel who answered a couple questions with a huge smile and offered us free drinks. All the staff was professional and exceptional, from the janitors, cooks, servers to the higher-ups. Absolutely fantastic people who have a beautiful smile drawn on their faces at all times.

I'd recommend a stay at the Golden Tulip Président to anyone reading this. In addition, price-wise it was more than fair.

Cons:

There was a tiny misunderstanding about the type of services I booked, but that's probably on me to be honest. Again it was handled with professionalism by the director himself.

It was close to where we needed be. Hotel impressive from outside but in need of a spruce up. Restaurant lovely. Nice bar/lounge area

Cons:

Though out of season we did expect there to be lights which were slightly temperamental on the room. No hot water first thing in morning
