The first room I got smelt like cigarettes, so i requested another one. The front desk told me the smoke-free floor was fully booked, but she still tried to help me find a replacement.

I was sent to another floor where the room service staff helped me pick a room I'm okay with. The staff was easygoing and helpful.

The breakfast buffet may not be fancy but it sure satisfies a Cantonese girl's heart. Loved the sticky rice xiao mai so much, and the soy milk was lovely.

There are two 24-hour convenient stores next to the location, a spa centre and a Chinese medicine centre.

Had to attend Canton fair, so chose this hotel. Room price was expensive during Canton fair. Room was small without window. Wall was dirty and had smell. The room was not bright enough, so you would feel a bit uneasy.

Very smoky hotel. They only have one floor non-smoking the rest of the hotel is smells like a chimney.
Non of the staff speaks English, except one person. When she is not working the whole reception staff is lost. AC in units is very loud, mattress is very hard, dry cleaning service is bad. Breakfast is included, but 99% of the menu is Chinese food, so if you are looking for a bit western food, good luck.
Overall experience is BAD

If you want low cost hotel, near to pazhou complex, free breakfast, near the metro, this hotel os good enough. But dont expect bellboys, room service, overflowing free toiletries, and fine hotel room features. This is just a conducive place to sleep in, thats it!

We had a good time with the Pazhou hotel as its near the metro and within the central district.

Pazhou hotel is relatively near the Metro and good for getting around town. Business VIP room is big and in good condition.
