El personal para nada amigable todo era interesadas al dinero, salí a una excursión y todavía no se había cumplido el tiempo de salida y mi madre estaba en la habitación con una lesión de columna fueron hasta con seguridad como si fuéramos delincuentes y para el colmo me cobraron un día más antes de instalarme y te dejaban con la palabra en la boca.

De tanto sucursal de IBIS a nivel mundial está fue la peor en las demás el servicio ha Sido excelente.

Lo que no me gustó es el shower , muy peligroso … no podía agarrarme de ningún lado …para uno , o para cualquier persona se puede caer y no hay forma de agarrarse !!!

Felt very professional, nice lobby, secure and helpful staff, felt clean and safe. Great location!

Cons:

It was very basic bare bones feeling- not many towels, or pillows and took a very long time to check in- not because of a line but a very formal process.

Esta bien ubicado. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

El precio de los alimentos es muy alto con relación a la zona.un desayuno 90 soles mientras en los alrededores cuesta 37 soles. Igual calidad. El agua 10 soles mientras en otros lados Máximo 5 soles.

Tudo otimo no geral, localizacao, equipe, silencio dentro do quarto, acomodacao em geral.

Cons:

Sobre o cafe, ovos frios, sem tempero. Teve um dia que as maquinas de cafe nao estavam funcionando. Sobre meu primeiro quarto, ar condicionado nao estava funcioando. Tive que solicitar atendimento, mas nao foi resolvido. Mudei de quarto.
