Lo que me gusto más fue la ubicación y el personal del frontdesk fue muy amable y serviciales

La Limpieza, me hospede en el piso 12 y tenia un olor a humo o sucio o humedo, luego en mi habitación en el piso por la cama habian uñas cortadas y en el baño pelos, eso fue muy disgustante

En cuanto a la ubicación es perfecta porque está en Miraflores, una zona adaptada al turismo y cerca de la playa. Me gustó mucho el desayuno-buffet, habia de todo y el encargado de cocina fue muy amable cuando le pregunté sobre leche delactosada. La cama muy comoda. Sugiero colocar 4 almohadas en vez de 3. Pedí más toallas y me las dieron. La limpieza estaba impecable.

Todos son muy amables, el desayuno, happy hour y la ubicación es increíble!!!!

Cons:

No es que no me haya gustado, pero me llamó la atención que no tuviesen toallas de mano. No es primera vez que nos quedamos aquí y creo (no recuerdo), que sí tenían antes.
Lo que sí no me gusta, es lo engorroso del manejo de la TV, dos controles, etc. Viajamos con mis papás de la tercera edad y les tuvimos que explicar como usar la tv.

Già ero stata in questo hotel 8 anni fa, mi ero trovata bene e ho deciso di alloggiarci di nuovo. Posizione ottima nel quartiere sicuro e affascinante di Miraflores. La mattina dopo, dovendo partire presto, gentilmente mi hanno lasciato un cestino per la colazione
