The staff was professional and mostly helpful. The bus shuttle was good. The welcome bag containing water and information how to connect to the Wi-Fi was appreciated. There is a variety of options for breakfast. Overall, it was a good atay

Cons:

It is further from the airport than depicted on the booking site. Even though the bus shuttle service is available, you have to wait longer than expected to use it, and the front desk are unable to actuarately tell you how long you need to wait to get to the airport or from the airport.. Given the amount of money a room cost you would expect there to be more amenities like body lotion etc. to be available for the guest.

I would stay again but would check the bathroom fixtures before unpacking.

Cons:

Shower didn’t work - the water just dribbled out of the shower head. Told front desk on Saturday morning, they said they would send someone to fix it and never did. Sunday, Monday still no shower. Front desk replied “sorry about that”.
