Pros:

Just a one night stay before a cruise. Staff very friendly. Room was ready early which was so appreciated. Beds very comfortable. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Offers a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. Again very much appreciated.

Este hotel é um excelente custo-beneficio para quem vai fazer um cruzeiro a partir de Miami
Pros:

Os quartos são espaçosos, tem um pequeno almoço bastante razoável, de salientar que têm um free shuttle entre o hotel e o aeroporto e um free shuttle entre o hotel e o porto de cruzeiros. Entre o porto de cruzeiros e o hotel é disponibilizado um serviço de shuttle que em Março de 2026 custava 15 dólares por pessoa. O shuttle para o porto de cruzeiros é necessário reservar (seja o gratuito ou o de 15 dólares)

Cons:

O hotel indicou que seria necessário ligar para que o shuttle nos recolhesse no aeroporto, foi o que nós fizemos contudo ninguém nos atendeu durante 10min. Acabámos por desistir, felizmente o shuttle acabou por passar.

I liked how nice and helpful the staff was! Room was very clean!

Cons:

The shuttle offered by the hotel....the driver literally dropped 5 of us off in an alley and mumbled "close enough!" No direction where to go, didn't announce the terminals for the rest of the bus to hear. People were literally just hoping they were getting off at the correct terminal! I personally choose this hotel for the shuttle benefit to port and going forward, I will take other hotels into account. This driver put a very sour taste in my mouth with this hotel which is a shame because the hotel was great!

We didn't expect much, but even the little we did was a disappointment.

It is close to the airport

The staff is not professional nor nice.
We arrived early, asked to store the language till check-in time, while went to bring our suitcases (5 min) the receptionist already forgot who we are and what we want.
We booked a room for 5 which required to use the sofas bed, it was not ready and we were told to handle and set it up by ourselves.
The water kept dripping all night long, and the bath is old and unpleasant.
The breakfast was till 9:00 am, at 9 sharp the team started just taking away the food and drinks (even water) while people were still eating. There were 0 gluten free option or any awareness for allergies.
The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, we were told that it leaves every hour and to be there 15 minutes before. We arrived on time, waited for 30 minutes just to come to understanding that the shuttle will be almost an hour late, without anyone bother to let us know.

Cons:

The sales pitch to use the transportation back from Miami Port was misleading. Liked the price. Liked having it already taken care of. Did not realize it would be the same big bus and it would sit and wait for almost all passengers. Waited on the bus for over 1.5 hours. We were under the impression that if you got off early and on bus early you could get out of there before those that got off late. We had to tell the driver he needs to leave we have a flight and had to call the phone number again to get the bus moving.

Very complete and comfortable, really worth
Pros:

I love the transfer that leaves us on airport. The food is good, I like of bedroom and beds, I love that they have body lotion. Very clean and organized, reception very comfortable for waiting.

Cons:

The gym was closed. For go to the pool, the door was not working, so we have to go to the bathroom and enter there for arrive on the pool area. Bad sinalization for laundry, and just works with coins. I didn’t like carpet.
