Airport pickup is located on the Ground Level at Bus Zones 7 & 15 from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Please cross to the third lane and call the hotel at 305-888-8404 for shuttle pickup. Guests may also use the Courtesy Phones located in baggage claim.
Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.
Cruise shuttle sign-up is completed upon arrival and is based on availability. Shuttle service to the cruise port is first-come, first-served. Please sign up with the front desk agent when you arrive to check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location near to the airport. The receptionist Sade went above and beyond to help us. She is an asset to your hotel and deserves a mention.
We waited for the complimentary shuttle bus from the airport for an hour and a half. We contacted the hotel and they said it was coming, but never turned up. At this point we got a taxi !!!!

Niks. Ze hebben reservering gewoon geannuleerd ondanks bevestiging. Niet boeken bij deze keten.
We hadden geboekt en reservering stond gewoon nog in Booking.com. We kregen dag van te voren bericht of we contact konden opnemen. Reageren totaal
Niet op berichten. Na een telefoongesprek van 15 minuten met hotel en 13 euro armer kregen we bevestiging dat reservering nog gewoon stond. Bij aankomst in hotel bleek reservering toch geannuleerd. Ze waren totaal
Niet behulpzaam en sturen ons,2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen gewoon weg. Ze weigerde zelfs een briefje af te geven met bewijs van annulering. Booking heeft geprobeerd het op te lossen maar hotel werkt totaal niet mee. En zegt dat we niet zijn komen opdagen. Dit echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Ga hier nooit meer heen. Verwacht andere service van zo’n grote keten.
Had restaurant walking distance and a shuttle to cruise port and paid 60 dollars for 4 back to airport after cruise. Work out great and cheaper then uber or taxi.
O hotel fica nas imediações do aeroporto. Tem parque de estacionamento para quem chega por esse meio. O pequeno-almoço é razoavel. Os quartos amplos. O check in pode ser feito tardiamente.
