Additionally, guests may use the Airport Hotel's Courtesy Phones in baggage claim to call. Please note that all transfer services pick up from the second floor, one floor above baggage claim.

Please be advised that guests traveling for surgery will be required to pay a $300 security deposit.

Airport pickup is located on the Ground Level at Bus Zones 7 & 15 from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Please cross to the third lane and call the hotel at 305-888-8404 for shuttle pickup. Guests may also use the Courtesy Phones located in baggage claim.

Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.

Cruise shuttle sign-up is completed upon arrival and is based on availability. Shuttle service to the cruise port is first-come, first-served. Please sign up with the front desk agent when you arrive to check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Conforto e limpeza do quarto.
Pros:

quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, com uma sala. limpo. Café da manhã bom. Sutles para aerporto grátis durante a estádia. O que me ajudou, pois não estava de carro.. Geralmente pegava um Uber para ir até a estação de Metrorail na volta. A ida eu ia no shutle.

Cons:

Por ser localizada próximo ao aeroporto, pode ficar longe para saídas. Mas ja contratei sabendo.

É perto do aeroporto. Tem alguns bons lugares para comer por perto. O quarto estava bem limpo.

Cons:

O café da manhã pode melhorar. O banheiro tem cortinas e banheira, mas a água não escoa quando cai fora da banheira. Tem que melhorar isso.

Próximo ao aeroporto. Tem alguns restaurantes próximos.

Cons:

O Late checkout é no máximo até às 12:30pm. Café da manhã vai até às 9:00. Mas 8:30 já deixam de repor as poucas opções que tem.

The property was close to downtown.

Cons:

The management is inexperienced and charged me 3x the amount I was supposed to pay. They kept charging more saying it was "authorisation hold". My money has still not been refunded yet. I would recommend paying beforehand instead of at the property.
The housekeeping did not come once in our 3 day stay. Overall unsatisfactory and frustrating experience. I believe you can your money's worth elsewhere.

Awful airport shuttle driver
Pros:

Front desk staff was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating!

Cons:

The rooms need to be updated. The linens were super wrinkled like they've been balled up for ages.

And the airport shuttle driver is the staff I am referring to with the bad service. The morning of our departure was NOT on time at the top of the hour (as stated), and late for scheduled pickup, arrived angry with no greeting after we had to wait over 30 minutes for him to arrive, he was SUPER rude and REFUSED to put our bags on the van, so my husband had to do it as he stood there and watched. He then purposely dropped us off at the wrong terminal for flight.
