Pros:

A cozy, small family-run hotel in the city center, just a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian area. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and stylish design. We spent a fantastic Christmas Eve in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the artistic programme in the bar.

Cons:

We are coffee lovers, and although the room has a coffee machine, only two capsules are provided on arrival; any extra must be paid for. I understand the cost-saving logic, but offering two complimentary capsules per day would be a small gesture that adds to the guest experience.
